2024- I LOVE this place. Scheduling is easy. The appointments start relatively on time. The hygiene team is great. Special shout-out to Tina! She gave me recommendations on how to improve my gum health and it helped! Listen to her! Dr. Charles is great too- personable, knowledgeable, overall a great doctor! 2025- I was charged for a fluoride treatment when I didn't request one and was not offered it either. The first time it happened, I was asked if I wanted it, I asked if it was part of the cleaning and I was told yes. I didn't ask if there was a cost because I assumed it was a part of the cleaning. I payed the $35 fee. I told them to write in my chart that I do not want fluoride treatment in the future. I went back after 6 months for my regular cleaning and I didn't receive the flouride treatment. I went back today again for my regular cleaning and I was told I had a copay of $35. I didn't question it because my dental insurance changed so I thought this was normal procedure. After my cleaning and the doctor saw me, I was then given the fluoride treatment very last min. The technician is great but she just said "oh and here is your fluoride treatment". I was a bit confused because I wasn't asked and I remembered last time I was charged. Before leaving I then asked if I was going to get charged for the treatment and I was told that was my copay. So I asked if I didn't get the fluoride treatment would I had a charge, and they say no that my insurance covers for the cleaning but not for the fluoride treatment. I told them I wasn't asked for the fluoride treatment. The receptionist said it was in my portal documents. I went to my portal and didn't see anything about flouride treatment. By that time I had to rush home so I didnt have time to keep discussin the matter. I will be going back tomorrow to dispute the chargers. It's not so much about the charge but the lack of communication. Tell me ahead about the treatment and I can make the decision whether I want it or not.

This place has always been great. But today was different . Dr.T was nothing short of amazing . He was informative , positive & straight to the point . I hope this office keeps him .

When I first went here, everyone was super nice. I am in the process of disputing some charges. Christine, the office manager was so rude to me when I questioned my charges. They recently had a turnover in staff and their records are probably jacked up. I will be taking them to small claims court to have part of my treatment reimbursed. I would not recommend this office.

I love my dentist office. I had a 9 am appt on December 18th, the front desk staff is very pleasant and friendly. The dental hygienist was very efficient in cleaning my teeth and we had a great conversation. Dr K is very efficient and a people person. I look forward to my visits every 6 months.

If I could give a lower score, I would! The dental office staff is incompetent. They are very rude and very dismissive. I do not know why they would hire such a rude manager. I believe the manager name was Praz, and he was Mr know it all, dismissive, and rude all at the same time. I asked to speak with the person above him and he replied that she was not in the office. I asked to speak with Dr. Hodges and she wasn't available. So I called Dr Hodges orthodontist office and they were very helpful. This office likes to waste people time and play in our faces when we are the ones paying the dental bills. Dr Hodges needs to revamp the staff at Elegance Dentistry because there is nothing elegant about their staff. It's like night and day between the two offices that's she has. One is classy and has superb customer service skills and the other office is trash! Do better Elegance! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Find another place that values their clients, one who provides excellent customer service, and a location that understands that you work hard to pay for excellent care.

Sad to say I will not be returning here. Multiple unprofessional and rude encounters with staff, long wait times, and last minute cancellations: overall inconvenience. Save yourself the time and find a professional practice.

Extremely unprofessional, I arrived on time, made my payment, and was seated to receive treatment. I then made a call to fix an issue with a credit card. The doctor told me that because of my delay I was unable to be treated. Mind you, I was not seated until 3:30 for my 3:00 appointment. The doctor then told me he was 30 minutes behind and which was the reason he could not service me. If the doctor was 30 minutes behind, they could have let me know at 3:00 that my appointment had to canceled. I was then blamed for the delay with the manager and doctor saying my phone call was the reason for the 30 minute delay. I won't be coming back and do not recommend coming here. I'm very extremely disappointed with their handling of their scheduling and the candor towards me. I do not recommend coming here.
