Of all the dental offices we have visited, Simply Smiles Miami has been the best overall.Their staff was extremely friendly and courteous.Dr. Trujillo displayed his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness toward us throughout the visit.We were impressed with their office; the office technology to serve their clients is up to date, very clean and the staff was very efficient and helpful.Highly recommend their Service.

I want to comment that I am completely satisfied with the service they provide in this office. First, they are very professional people. I also want to highlight that I have never seen a doctor as good as Alexander Trujillo here in the United States. In addition to his profession, he is a person who cares about his patients, just like Maritza, he is a very special person, very concerned about patients, in short, Dr. Trujillo has a team that means a lot, this is what we owe call team.on 03/18/2024 the doctor performed a very big surgery on me, I have only had the operation for 10 days and I can thank God and the hands of this doctor I feel quite good in my healing process.God always bless the doctor ,to his team, wife and all the other family. It is therefore if I could give a rating not 5 stars if the system allowed 100 out of 100 I would give them without thinking twice, because they truly deserve it for the work, the attention and their profession. God put me in good hands. That's why I tell everyone who needs to go to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Trujillo, don't hesitate to call them, for me they are the best.

In 44 years I never cared enough about myself to visit a dentist due to working and taking care of my children as a single parent. So there was some reluctancy on my part for going due to the condition of my mouth. But when I went to this office the people did not shame me nor did they make me feel terrible for the neglect that occurred. From the time I entered to when I left I was filled with joy. This is the idea location to visit to feel welcomed and well cared for.

As a new patient at Simply Smiles, I could not be any happier! The staff is incredibly welcoming and compassionate from start to finish. Maritza truly went above and beyond to help me navigate through what I was looking for in a perfect smile as a new patient and she stayed in communication with me throughout the entire experience! Dr. T is so approachable, compassionate, and truly cares about making you comfortable while explaining everything in such great detail. Glexy was so sweet and she kept me smiling during my visit. My hygienist Christina was just AMAZING. She made sure to calm my nerves with her beautiful smile and she taught me so much about the deep cleaning procedure as well as making sure I was comfortable and painless the entire time. I had never had such a positive pleasant experience at a dentist office. I am happy to call this office my new dental home :).

First time visit and it felt like I had been a long time patient. From the very first call , you can sense the welcoming and friendly responsiveness from everyone . Office is clean , appointment was on time , very comfortable atmosphere. Warm and friendly staff from Maritza who greets you to Gleixy ( I know I’m not spelling it right ) and Chris the hygienist . Dr Trujillo was very professional and thorough with my exam . Truly an amazing TEAM !

Drs. Alex and Kiara Trujillo treat you like family. It is often difficult to find someone you can trust with something as vulnerable as dentist work, but they are it. I don’t like going to the dentist, but I love my dentists, and that helps a lot!After yesterday’s appointment I can chew on my right side for the first time in 2 years!

I’m new to Florida and I must say My experience was absolutely wonderful. I was called in at my appt time. The staff was Amazing and super super nice. Everyone answer ANY questions you have. They explain everything from the beginning the xrays, the exam, the cleaning, the treatment plan etc.. They really care about not just what teeth look like but the health of your gums n teeth. This definitely will be my dentist now.. Thank you to everyone There! ❤️

I recently starting going to Simply Smiles Miami, and I have had nothing but great experiences. Every time I walk through those doors the customer service is 10 out of 10. The dental hygienist don’t only clean and care for your teeth, but they build a connection that goes further then that. Did I mention they see kids too. My son had appointment and he loved it.

Absolutely stellar experience!! I came to this office with three apprehensive small children, who had just been picked up from school and were not expecting a dentist appointment. From the moment we came into the office, the receptionist was kind and friendly, engaging in conversation with the kids to start putting them at ease. As they clung to me (all 3) in the waiting room, I looked around and found everything to be extra clean, pleasant smelling, and with antibacterial available. The hygienist called us in and was the sweetest lady. She took X-rays and reassured my 4 yo when he momentarily got worried because I had to move away. She performed the cleanings quickly and effectively and was extra patient and understanding with the many questions my kids were asking. Then it was time for the dental exam. Dr. Miro-Trujillo is the child whisperer!!! She was gentle and so warm with my children, and even gave me the bad news (cavities ☹️) in the most reassuring and non-alarming way. We scheduled the appointment for the fillings with her. My kids were ecstatic that they were going to be coming back (they don’t know what a filling means 🤣) and my son didn’t want to leave. It was a healthy and happy dental experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
