Won't recommend doing your medical for immigration with them. Absolutely unprofessional, they called the day before my appointment with them and told me they changed the price. Also, the waiting time to receive your medical exam results is extremely high. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else to do your medical exam. The staff is very dishonest and rude and could not give me an exact date my results will be ready.

I am not the one to post bad reviews but this place is very unprofessional. I waited a month or so for my appointment. I was called to confirm the appointment which my appointment was at 1pm when they called to confirm the day before of the appointment they said it was 12pm (without no one telling me) the lady on the phone said “oh we must of forgot to call you that we changed it because we are closing early” I was confused but I made it work so I didnt have to reschedule and wait again. She said “if you can arrive 15 mins before because of paperwork.” When I arrived i got their 5-8 mins before my appt at 12pm. I sat down while no one was at the front desk but signed in. A guy arrived right after me saying he had an appointment at 12. So when they call me up they said we would have to reschedule because I arrived late? When my appointment was at 12. She said they were closing early and the other guy had arrived to his appointment. Which means they scheduled 2 people at the same time and just wanted to close early for their meeting/Christmas event (which is what the lady told me). They said it was because I didn’t arrive 15 mins before my appointment which I told them that it didn’t make sense when it was just a recommendation. Spoke to the manager and she didn’t do anything to help the situation because she said I was told to arrive 25 minutes before which was not true. She said I’ll call you if something comes up sooner. The front desk tried giving me an appointment for 3 weeks later which didn’t make sense why they wouldn’t make me wait so long after it was their mistake! After they had already made me loose work and not even get seen by the dentist after already leaving work and driving there. They don’t care if your already physically there to help anyone out. Don’t waste your time.

This is the Best Medical Group in the area, since I became a patient i have experienced amazing care and help from the staff and my doctor. My mental and physical health have improved tremendously. I want to say thank you to all the staff and especially my doctor, Dr. Mayra Lopez. You have took the time to help me with my medical needs.

I am going to take another star off and no longer recommend this clinic. Yes, the folk here seem nice ... but not much else. Unreliable, at the very least. They serve a niche market. I called for a new patient appointment with Dr Santana and it was a very strange experience. I found them on my insurance app as being accepted so I thought I'd have no issue. First, I was told that they are really booked up and the first appointment for new patients was September. I said ok and she said the 26th so I was waiting for her to mention the time but instead of doing that, she said well, for your insurance, you have to pay up front and then get reimbursed by your insurance. What? I have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. And why not lead with that information if it's true? Her tone and manner of delivering information made me feel they would rather not have me as a patient at all. After browsing their reviews, it seems possible that I do not fit into the patient base they wish to maintain because I am white, like the other reviewers who got the run around when trying to make an appointment.

As for the dental, it was not pleasant at all, they don't serve emergencies and when we asked about somewhere and the girl told us about a clinic that serves emergencies, we asked her if she could give us the address and she told us that I'm not sorry if you're not Their patient is not interested in what happens to you, anyway, thank you very much since that would be the last place outside, I clarify, it is in the dental office because the clinic has very good care and by that I do not mean that everyone works there she is like that girl 🤔

Amazing Office! My Grandmother goes here and loves her experience every single time she goes. She says everyone is always super nice to her and the Dr. Always explains everything so patiently to her that she never leaves feeling confused. "She loves her Dr." she says..lol. I highly recommend Live Better Medical for anyone who is in need of a great medical AND dental office. Just based on what I have witnessed and how much my Grandma loves going, is worth checking out out!

The service is horrible, the receptionist and Mrs. Aime are rude, my dental insurance approved my fillings and they wanted to charge me more money for each filling, where Mrs. Aime told me that was the amount and that was it, that if I didn't agree I agreed I could go to another dental clinic, which had already removed me from the system.THE CARE IS BAD, THEY DON'T CALL THE INSURANCE, I HAD TO CALL AND THEY NEVER CALL THE PATIENT TO GIVE THEM INFORMATION

0 stars. The staff is horrible, and whatever system it is they use is even worse. My mother is his patient, she had blood work done and it took 4 months for them to "find" the results, we have lost count how many times we have called just to leave a message for the nurse or doctor and never getting a call back, after all of that they make appointments on their own and call to "confirm" so I guess it's when they want and for no reason except to collect a payment from the insurance. And they care so much about the patients that the staff will tell you to find another doctor when you tell them all the trouble you have had with them.
