Went yesterday for extraction... However the communication was great.But the work on my mouth was horrific!.... I was jabbed in the mouth with my lidocaine injections no gentle care... I expressed that I had anxiety and thought that he would be gentle with care.... 5 injections in my mouth and up top ridge jabbed injections...I didn't have a pleasant experience!... My gums were cut... And though it was difficult to remove my tooth... I was didn't feel like I would return.And yes I paid for laughing Gas!.... No apologies needed!.... I feel MediCal patient gets the treatment of roughness and...no ma'am!....Yes staff were Kind .... They have to be aware of this type of treatment with patients.....

I have been to this location twice for Dr. Clayman and his staff and I cannot rave enough.I am very afraid of dentists and procedures, but his staff is always so quick to make me comfortable and put my mind at ease.Offices are incredibly clean, admin staff is wonderful and overall love coming here, despite my fear.Anytime someone asks me where I’m getting my work done, I proudly tell them about Pinole Oral Surgery and Implantology.

Pinole oral surgery was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the surgeon took out 4 wisdom teeth in about 30 min! The surgeon checked on me promptly a few days after my surgery. I was concerned and the staff fit me in right away. I was told how to continue proper care for my extraction and Reassured me if I had any issues i can let them know and they would help. I am grateful and satisfied for this service they’ve provided!

From my consultation down to the day of my surgery Pinole Oral Surgery has been amazing. They're quick with responses, and they do their best to ensure I understand my procedure. Went in for wisdom tooth removal, unfortunately a day or two before my surgery they called letting me know that their office had flooded, but they were super quick to let me know their sister location in Vallejo was able to take the same day originally set for my surgery in the afternoon and my surgery was already booked and set. I really appreciated them for that! You will be in good hands with them and the staff are super kind and accommodating, I am sure it would have been the same if I had done my surgery there as well :)Hope your office gets fixed!

I have been stressing over my appointment being I don't take really good care of my teeth and need some pulled. The office staff was very friendly and it helped put me at ease they were very professional and informed me about the procedure and what I could expect. I feel that my next appointment will be much more at ease without the stress.

I wish that every physician could be the kind of caring, thoughtful, skilled, and personable doctor that Dr. Clayman is. I have a serious dental work phobia, yet I truly enjoy seeing Dr. Clayman, because I know he always has my best interest at heart. His staff is wonderful, too, the office is spotless, and though one never looks forward to an oral surgery appointment, you could not be in better hands than Dr. Clayman’s. I’d give him 6 stars if I could! He’s the best of both worlds…old school caring and relational with deep expertise, combined with state-of-the-art high tech equipment. A rare gem!

Fantastic service, even during hard times of COVID-19, the staff and the doctors showed high level of professionalism,I got my impacted wisdom teeth taken out and dare I say it was a fun experience, before I realized what was going on, the teeth was out and the nurses even rolled me out on a wheelchair to my car.Dr. Murray also called me the day after to check on me and gave me good advice on post-operative care.I didn't expect good service, but pinole oral surgery exceeded my expectations.

One call could does it all, that’s so trueWe went to different clinic, done the x-ray and knows exactly what we needed to be done, but still they want to charge waaaaaay to much money before they do anything for us, $119 just to see the dr + $149 for x-ray and hey wanted $300-$600 for extracting a tooth, this is 100% robbery.I won’t suggest this clinic to my worst enemy

I went here a little over 6 years ago I never thought of rating them because at the time I was in the 6th or 7th grade. I got all my wisdom teeth pulled out. After waking up from a 45min operation I woke up livid in pain and hysterical in tears. They made me walk out through a different door so other patients wouldn’t see me. My stitches never healed properly. After waking every morning after the surgery I’d wake up to a pool of blood on my pillow. My bruises on my cheeks took 2-3 weeks to heal.
