Associated Orthodontists - Plainfield

I am a mature adult professional and family man with braces, and wouldn't want pain or problems in this process. What I got here was pleasant, professional, and personable staff, team members, and Dr. Scott. The level of care and competence keep any anxiety down and I am very pleased with the results from Associated Orthodontists and of wearing braces for 18 months. Got my braces removed today, and I am happy and smiling... BIG! 😁😃

I was called the day of my daughter's appointment and asked if we could come in half an hour earlier. I agreed and we arrived at the requested time where we proceeded to wait 45 minutes for the appointment. WHY???On top of that, the girl who worked on her cut her and made her bleed and had no idea how she is supposed to wear her rubber bands. Unacceptable.

I brought my shy, incredibly nervous 12 year old daughter in for a braces consultation. Jen and Dr. Ramir were so patient and kind to her. They explained the treatment plan to her, and gave her an opportunity to ask questions. Even recommended a book for her to read about braces since she was an avid reader. That kind of compassion is rare. I highly recommend this office for anyone considering orthodontic treatment for thier children. I cannot thank you enough!

We absolutely love everything about Associated! My daughter is our second one in braces, and I can say without a doubt that this experience is far better than our previous experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful at the Plainfield office. My daughter was extremely nervous when the process first started, and has always had high anxiety seeing doctors/dentists. She just got her bottom braces on yesterday, and was actually looking forward to going! I just cannot say enough good things about this practice.

The care taken by the orthodontist on my son's teeth is tremendous and his smile is going to look great. However the availability of his schedule is arrogant and outrageous. He is only available M-Th from 9-4 with zero weekend hours and I can't schedule braces removal past 3pm, so I have to leave work to accommodate every appointment and take my son out of school to have his braces off. I am fortunate enough to have a kind and empathetic boss, but can't imagine how impossible this would be for someone who has a job that restricts the ability to leave early on a regular basis.Zero weekend hours speak volumes toward the priority of personal interests. Very disappointed in the lack of care for the patient's/parent's schedule.

We took our daughter here for emergency surgery during COVID and I could not have been happier with the results. On top of that how comfortable and patient they were with our daughter who was high anxiety over the whole situation.Thanks so much!

We love Associated Orthodontists! They have been exceptional with their care and customer service. With everything going on we were able to quickly reschedule our missed appointment due to COVID and very pleased with the process they put in place due to the new restrictions. If you are in need of orthodontics Associated Orthodontists should be your first consideration!

About 2/3rds through our daughter's orthodontic treatment and the improvement in her teeth is amazing! The staff are always so friendly and communicate well with us regarding what's happening. They offer rewards and contest's for the patients to encourage care of their braces. They are very much involved in our community. Pricing is comparable to slightly higher than local average. They don't offer a discount for paying entire balance up front.

i have been nothing but satisfied at Associated Orthodontists in the Joliet office. all the way from the front desk to the Dr. working your treatment is wonderfull. they are a lively bunch with great activities, drawings, and games available to kids and to those who are that of kids inside. i would recommend all who want a great experience and a superb treatment done here at Associated Orthodontists, you will never be let down!
