The entire staff is friendly and professional. Although I wasn't excited about having a major dental procedure (who is?), Dr. Elizabeth Hall and the entire team helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Hall personally called me after the procedure to check on me. You don't see that kind of follow-up these days. Both procedures went well. If you need dental work, this is the place to go.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bass for a few years now as getting older and experiencing problems that include dental implants. His office staff, chair assistant, Jamye and Dr. Bass himself are always the epitome of professionalism and A+ dental care. I was referred to Dr. Hall and was glad that I was! I was greeted and seated almost immediately since I was sent the admitting papers by email after making the appointment. Everyone was super friendly and kind through my procedure. Dr. Hall even called me the following day to check up and see if I had any questions or concerns (I didn't.) I would recommend Dr. Hall to anyone who has fears of bad, mean, or scary dentists since she has a very pleasant, calming presence about her.

Dr. Hall is the absolute best. My oral surgery needs were fairly complex. Dr. Hall was patient with me in answering all my questions, was positive about the outcome, and made me feel truly cared for. She checked on my progress along the way which offered me emotional security as I entrusted her with my oral surgery. After previous attempts with other surgeons that did not go well, my confidence in her was essential. She provided that with her knowledge, her caring attitude, and her fabulous surgical skills. Thanks to her, I now have my full smile back. I wish I had found her at the very beginning. An added plus is she's a really nice and pleasant person!

I recently needed to see a periodontist regarding an abscessed tooth and Dr. Ellen Hall was referred to me by another dentist.I cannot say enough about Dr. Hall. Her credentials are outstanding and she was so kind and caring, and she has a terrific office staff. She reviewed my tooth x-rays, etc., and discussed my options, and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. For anyone with any tooth or gum issues and is in need of a periodontist, I would highly recommend Dr. Ellen Hall.

Had a soft tissue graft performed by Dr. Ellen Hall…first of all, she is outstanding to work with…I completely understood the preparation, surgery and recovery process…more than that she is friendly, gentle and professional…same can be said of the entire staff! After finding out I had some sort of cyst on the bone of a tooth, I was very concerned. I was referred to Dr. Bass from my dentist, and I’m very glad they sent me to such an incredible professional. With only a week until Thanksgiving, I felt the loss of a meal was nothing compared to the loss of a tooth, or worse. So, on Monday before Thanksgiving, and due to the confidence given to me by Dr. Bass, I proceeded with the surgery.I’m happy to say it is Wednesday and I can’t even tell I had any invasive surgery done on my gums. Dr. Bass is an incredible surgeon and really knows how to ease, as well as convey the severity of the required procedure.
