Family Smiles of Plano

Been coming here for a few years for myself and my kids. Anna did a great job cleaning the really tough spots for me to reach. Smoothest teeth ever now! Dr. Reddy always listens to my concerns and takes his time to make sure I️ understand the treatment plan, if there is one. The staff are always great with my crazy kids, even cleaning my 3 year old’s teeth while he sat backwards in the seat.

Found this place thanks to the Google reviews so a review is needed!I was going to another dentist for nearly a decade. I had a tooth where I kept tasting something awful. Kept going back and forth with this former dentist of mine to be told it’s likely a food allergy.Thankfully I found Dr. Reddy with Family Smiles or Plano as they found the issue with X-rays. They showed me the issue and that I needed a root canal. Was nervous to get one. The procedure was painless thanks to the nerve blocker and the time went by quickly. I could’ve driven afterwards, but had someone drive me just in case.Back for a follow up on some cavities and a crown.The practice is helpful on payments and understanding that people don’t have X of dollars available so they can provide payment assistance if needed.Waiting Room: Has a TV playing to entertain everyone playing kid tv shows. There is a playroom for 10 and under.Dentist room:There is a TV in each room and usually playing kids shows. Always a good laugh no matter the age.

I took my daughter to Family Smiles of Plano to get some work done and he did such an amazing job with my daughter. She never cried, was never in pain. She loved her visit to the dentist. It was amazing 10 out of 10. So then I decided to book myself an appointment And of course I need some work done. I’m a single father who hasn’t been to the dentist in years. They took care of me. They have an amazing plan that you can pay for yearly that gives you great deals on dentist work if you don’t have dental insurance, so there’s really no reason you shouldn’t be coming to Family Smiles of Plano . I set an appointment and came back to get some work done and it was amazingly flawless painless and perfect, again 10 out of 10. The staff and dentist here are absolutely absolutely amazing.

Came here for second opinion after a dentist told me and my family to get 3-4 fillings each. Was referred to Dr Ravi Reddy by a friend.So glad I saw Dr. Ravi. He told us that none of us needed major work, just regular twice a year checkups/cleaning and keeping an eye for major issues.The dentist community unfortunately is too aggressive and invasive and creates work when there is none. It was refreshing to see that honest and ethical dentists like Dr. Ravi exist.Will be back for my twice a year checkups

Excellent place, they serve you right away, they don't have to wait like in other places, I recommend them, I went to another place before but, it took me up to 3 hours even though my children didn't have cavities, the truth is that it was all day there, and When I found out about this place now as long as it exists Family Smiles of course I will always take my children there, thank you very much to all the staff who work there for me they are all excellent workers, always very friendly, one hundred percent recommended

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Great customer service. Dr. Ravi Reddy was amazing and he took such great care of my mother's tooth extraction and fillings. My mother looks up to him as her hero. We are now big fans of Dr. Ravi, and he not only was he extremely professional but also showed so much attention to detail, empathy and care. I will now confidently move all of my family to Family Smiles, for our dental wellness visits. I highly recommend Dr. Ravi Reddy and Family Smiles of Plano.

Just had my second experience of 2 more dental extractions. I was able to get in the same day! Dr. Reddy and his staff are exceptional! For those who dread going to the dentist ... fear no more. Go to Family Smiles. 😁Super nice staff! Very informative! Very affordable with no hidden fees! Loved the experience which sounds crazy about a dentist visit! AND I had two teeth pulled. Very happy with this office and the care I received. The dentist, Dr. Reddy, and the dental assistants are all very gentle and do their best to make sure you are comfortable throughout your procedure. My only complaint is that there is only one person who schedules or changes appointments. If they're not there, you have to try another day. Sometimes messages either don't get passed along to that person or they never return the call. Also, I didn't receive a reminder call for my appointment so I ended up calling to check the day before. I saw the next day, that a text message was sent to remind me. I don't use my cell phone much and prefer to get a call on my home phone. They should ask what people prefer. Not a huge deal but it is annoying.

What a lousy job by Dr reddy for a simple filling that guy messed up so bad that I'm in pain till now.. He completed the whole process in seven minutes just to see other patients sooner. Now constant pain whenever I eat and nothing I can do about it. I have several teeth filled over the years with different dentists. But never ever had this bad experience ever..!!!! Run away from Dr reddy!!!!
