Kids Smile Center

Kids Smile Center was such a great experience. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. They made it easy to make a follow up appointments, and new patient appointments for my other two kids. The doctor and dental assistant were very gentle, and genuinely cared for my child’s dental heath. The doctor explained the why behind all his decisions. Thank you to you all for your hard work!

Amazing experience for my toddler's first time at the dentist! She would literally go there every day if she could. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left, she was having a blast. They really do know how to cater to kids!!😍 and to parents too. She answered my questions very thoroughly and was giving me information I didn't even think to ask. Plus from the time we walked in the door to the time we left was probably about 30 minutes tops! Crazy fast. 10/10 highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist. I took my entire family to get teeth cleanings and she took x-rays to check our teeth. She is super thorough and very professional. My four little ones felt safe and comfortable with her and the personnel. The office is very inviting with beautiful murals on the walls. It makes us feel super relaxed during our entire visit. The kids like the surprise at the end of their visit. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

I’ve been bringing my kids to this dentistry for a couple of years now and regret not bringing them when they were younger. The staff here are AMAZINGLY patient - so much so it makes me want to hug them and scream with joy. My daughter in particular gets very anxious and I have never, ever felt rushed by them. They really go out of their way to make her feel comfortable and to accommodate us as needed. From the front desk all the way to the dentist (esp. Dr Patel! LOVE her), they’re all incredible.I do feel a bit pushed for procedures by Dr. Nguyen, which I honestly listen to but follow at my own comfort level (I’m a lawyer, so I basically don’t trust anyone sadly) and Dr. Tam was a bit off one day telling me what to tell my own child, which personally annoyed the heck of me. I’m not taking any stars off though because Dr Patel makes up for it- I appreciate her honesty and recommendations. She airs on the side of caution and even on the day of a procedure, told me it may not be needed. Majority of doctors don’t do that. And it’s because of her and the rest of the fabulous staff that I’ll be coming back for years.

The staff and dentist Dr. Patel are extremely pleasant and wonderful. This is my kid’s first visit in TX and I am very happy with it. They are all very patient, explained to my kid, what they are going to do before each procedure and even explained what each tool does. The staff also allowed my kid to choose her favorite movie and let that play during the procedure which is very thoughtful. Thank you so much to the entire team 🙂.

Had to switch my daughter’s dentist for insurance reasons and our first visit was amazing 😊 My daughter enjoyed the whole experience and she was never once scared or uncomfortable. The dental assistants and dentist herself were so patient and kind and very bubbly. The front desk staff were professional and nice. I like how they have prizes and TVs where they can watch Disney. I’m glad we switched to this location!

Here I go to say goodbye to this incredible dental office and its staff, in general everyone was always very friendly and with professional ethics. They have excellent bilingual staff. My daughters come to the dentist speaking Spanish. They are all so kind that we will miss them. In case you are new to them, I highly recommend them, the children receive a prize at the end and it gives them great joy. When it comes to payment, they always explain to me what they need to do and the costs for me to authorize, they only do what the children really need. there are no surprise payments. I’m so glad I chose this dentist for my two children. My 5yr old was very nervous going in and they made him feel so comfortable, the dental assistant asked him what movie or show he wanted to watch while waiting and while getting his teeth cleaned. He needed some work done so we went back for a second appt and he had some capped and he did amazing and they had so much patience with him.We will continue to use this dentist.

Our family completely trusts Dr Nguyen. She is honest, compassionate, and experienced. My husband is anxious around any clinical setting, but Dr Nguyen puts him at ease. I also have a very difficult toddler that requires prayers and patience to deal with. Dr Nguyen is able to effectively explain everything (she’s like a child whisperer) and includes us in the plan. Her whole staff is great as well, everyone is friendly and respectful. We are treated like family here!

We were exceptionally pleased with Dr. Patel and the entire team at Kids Smile Center. Our child does NOT handle dentists well, and it had been over a year since his last visit.The expert staff was able to get multiple X-rays, cleaning, check, and fluoride done with almost no complaints from our kiddo. Dr. Patel is kind, warm, and thorough, and the assistants were all sweet and patient as saints. They worked with us on our insurance and treatment plan, and made everything so easy.We will be back, and telling all our friends!
