Dr Berto has impeccable bedside manners, is very knowledgeable and honest. He REALLY cares for this patients and took the time to explain, in detail, everything that was going on. He did look for the best outcome possible for me as a patient even though that meant less business for him (and he was thorough in explaining why root canal was not the best option for me). His staff was kind and knowledgeable as well and Karina went to great lengths to explain what they were doing and why so I understood everything that was going on.I, totally, recommend Dr Breto and his staff as they strive to treat you like a human being and not as a cash cow.

The office staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciate that they treat your time as important as the Dr.’s time by running on schedule. Dr. Burto is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I 100% recommend him as someone who is passionate about his work and taking really good care of his patients and making sure his patients understand their options and impact and what to expect from each procedure.

I had a surgical root canal performed by Dr. Tam. I was anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Tam did an excellent job with no pain during the root canal, and no pain or problems following the procedure. Very friendly staff and easy to get a consult appointment. Dr. Witherspoon walked me through options and reality of full scope should I choose to do a root canal versus implant. I appreciate when a dentist volunteers the "good and bad" upfront versus having to ask. It also appears the office is still following some COVID protocols if that is of concern to you. Doctors and Assistants were all wearing masks and gloves. Front staff was not nor do they require patients to wear one before treatment. Which I am okay with!!!

The office staff were very friendly and wait time was minimal. Hygienists were efficient, polite, and friendly. Could not have asked for a better experience for a root canal. Dr. Witherspoon was great at explaining exactly what had happened and why I needed the root canal. Then did an amazing job performing the root canal. There was minimal discomfort and he and Kara made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.I would highly recommend Dr. Witherspoon if you need any dental work at all. I’ve used them 3 times now. Even though they were out of network for me this time I still used them. I felt very confident in the abilities of Dr. Witherspoon and staff.

North Texas Endodontic Associates exceeded my expectations. Dr. Witherspoon, Cara, and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The front desk worked diligently to find me an earlier appointment so that I wouldn't be in pain for weeks. On the day of my procedure, Dr. Witherspoon and Cara took the time to ease my nerves and performed a completely painless root canal, something I didn't know was possible! I can't say enough good things about North Texas Endodontic Associates. I really appreciate their top notch service and will definitely be back if I ever need another root canal.

I recently had a root canal on a back bottom molar that had already been crowned, and I can’t speak more highly of North Texas Endodontic Associates and specifically Dr. Witherspoon. To nutshell it, I’m not a calm or easy dental patient. I’ve experienced quite a lot of trauma with past dentists and procedures over the years. So, I put this one off as long as possible. I'm also sensitive to the epinephrine in the numbing shots, so, that added on even more anxiety. Dr. Witherspoon is thorough, confident, and steadfast, and put me at ease with his calm demeanor. I’ve had no issues at all with my tooth since the root canal. I highly recommend North Texas Endodontic Associates and Dr. Witherspoon.

I'm here today for my third root canal.This is a great business for dental work. My Doctors have been top notch, professional and efficient. My last two visits have been with Dr. Berto, I like how quick and efficiently he works. No excessive chit-chat. He gets the work done and gets out of mouth, I like that. The assistants are always efficient, and nice.

Called to make an appointment for an extremely sore tooth ache and they got me in the same day! I was very impressed with Dr. Regan, who spent a lot of time answering all of my questions, explaining what was wrong with the tooth, and how a root canal would be the best choice of treatment. Dr. Regan and his assistant were very friendly and put any fears I had to rest. 24 hrs after the root canal, my tooth was actually pain free. I would definitely come here again for a root canal and request to see Dr. Regan.

Having only relocated back to the area for approximately 3 weeks and with pain which could only mean I needed a root canal on a tooth (known from experience), I was referred to NTEA by a friend. I couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism with which I was provided. Everyone was so friendly and with Dr. Witherspoon and his assistant Kelly it was clear I was in great hands.
