Everyone in the office is truly professional and very approachable. Jessica - a dental hygienist- is terrific! She lets you know what she is doing and is gentle and thorough. Dr. Tran is thorough and explains things without being an alarmist!

They are the best dental team! Seleena at the front desk is always so friendly and Ky is the best hygienist out there!!!

I was nervous about my first visit because of all the work I knew might need to be done. From the beginning I was greeted with smiles and it eased my nerves. After they viewed my scans and teeth, they broke down everything I needed done and explained all of my options in a way I can understand. They also did their best to comfort me, so I’m not overwhelmed with the procedures I need. Then at the end I got a break down of all the work I need and the estimated cost of everything with and without insurance. They are amazing at what they do and would recommend them to family and friends!

Preston Meadow Family Dentistry provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their dental work is top-notch, combining professionalism with genuine care for their patients.

Under new management for almost a year. They have added additional treatment capabilities which is convenient. Very friendly and capable staff. Very satisfied treatments since the change and they continue to improve.

Update 5-21-2025 Dr Tran now runs the dental practice and has updated the name of the business. We are pleased to share that we are happy with the changes Dr Tran is making. She is very active on social media, including posting when they have open appointments available. Our dental Hygienists and the Dentists have provided really good experiences. Two thumbs up! Original post 07-2024 My family is new to McGrade Family Dental. We had to change dental practices due to insurance coverage changes. We have had good experiences with the dental hygienists for our new patient intake and initial cleanings. My daughter needed a few fillings, and was extremely anxious about the process. Dr. Keys explained the procedure to her so she knew what to expect. He was quick and gentle. He talked to her during the procedure making sure she didn't feel any pain and was comfortable. The dental assistant was very caring and tried her best to comfort my daughter during the procedure. The office ladies are great with scheduling, insurance filing, and payment processing. Overall, we are happy with the new practice. 5 stars!

I am fairly a new patient to this business and have been pleasantly surprised with the warm, friendly and personal atmosphere here. I love Dr.Tran and so far, I feel very confident in her professionalism, knowledge and ability. Offices like this are hard to find and I feel blessed to have found this practice.

Today May/20/2025, The staff and Dr Amanda Tran were very friendly and professional. Office was very nice and clean every time I visited. Dr Tran took her time to explain everything I needed to know about my treatments. She truly gave the best recommendations for my treatments . She’s very patience and cares. She will give you an honest advices. I really highly recommended Dr Tran on any Dentistry work. I recommended all my friends and family to go to Dr Tran. ❤️
