The doctor is good as well person who does x-rays. They both were awesome. I have issue with front office lady who was so rude. She was asking me to pay in advance for my upcoming procedure. When I denied she walked off without with her anger. I am ok to pay on the day when I come for procedure not in advance. Not sure if that is new management who collect in advance for your procedure otherwise I have never paid in advance. It is our decision if we like to pay in advance or not but staff should be professional not like walking off with anger. She didn’t give my referral which I need to go back to get it. Overall very bad service

For my regular dental maintenance I have been visiting Prosmiles dentist for the past 3-4 years, and my experience has been consistently positive, even through changes in management. The transition was seamless, with no disruptions in the scheduled services. The new management is making commendable efforts to uphold and deliver quality service, and I genuinely appreciate their dedication.

I made an appointment several days prior and filled out all the paperwork online prior. When I got there, there was another consent form via iPad I had to signed. Not a big deal as it took only a few minutes.Two young ladies working at the front desk and acted unprofessional. Friendly but not professional. They were more chit chatting than working.Afterwards, I asked for a toothbrush to brush my teeth. I usually brush my teeth before my appointments but I was running late so I asked for a toothbrush when I got there. They looked at me like I’m crazy and told me they don’t have ones. I asked if she could check again. She stood up and went looking for a toothbrush and came back and said we don’t have ones. WOW! A Dental clinic without toothbrush. Is that how you get us to come back by not having toothbrush? “Don’t brush your teeth people!” A suggestion - get a bunch of cheap disposable toothbrush and toothpastes for your customers. In my 50 years going to t different dentists, this is the first. Other dental clinics gives you a bag that includes a toothbrush, floss and whatever else in there to promote their company and to tell you to brush your teeth.My appointment was at 2:00pm. I was running a bit late. I called at 1:30pm saying I will be about 10 minutes late. Whoever answered the phone said no problems. I got there at 2:05pm. Just 5 minutes late. I waited until 2:45pm and said I have a 3:30pm appointment. I got to go so I asked them to cancel me and make sure I don’t get charged. She looked at me and said they were about to bring you back there. Yeah right, and even so it was a 40 minutes wait so far. If you are that understaff, don’t overbooked for your benefits and make us wait. Especially when I booked the appointment and asked how long is the teeth cleaning and told them I have an appointment at 3:30pm.Ok waiting room. Pretty good location. Need new staffs. Better job of running the business. Would have been my first time there but no thank you.

I am very thankful that I found Pro Smiles Dental. My previous Dentist was amazing, but when they no longer accepted my Insurance, I had to find another Dentist.I was quite surprised to find that over the course of this year, I am comfortable enough to brag and recommend this Amazing Team to friends and family!I've had Cleanings, Cavity Repair and a Crown done. I was very nervous because I dread Dental and Doctor visits. I didn't experience any pain or complications. Each visit has been pleasant.Dr. Tummala and her Phenomenal Staff are compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Pro Smiles Dental.

Great service and the staff are very friendly and courteous. They are very diligent at handling the scheduling as well as accommodating for urgent care. I had several procedures done and I always had a great experience. The doctors who worked on me always provided the information I needed to know before I take a decision on the procedure. The treatment plan is very well explained not to have any surprises in the future. I always feel like I am in good hands. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care.

This clinic is amazing! Team is extremely thorough with the process, starting from making an appointment , Educating with my x-rays pictures and scans Dr. spent majority of the time educating, they explained the options clearly as I had the option to get braces or Invisalign and they explained both very clearly.Overall, my experience with pro smiles dentist Plano is phenomenal!

There is no one who values your teeth more! Dr. Archana Lankupalli and Dr. Manjusha Tummala are extraordinary! Dr. Mainker, who recently sold the practice, had been my family's dentist) for 20+ years. She helped my children care for their teeth (no cavities!) from early childhood into high school, and prioritized preventative care like fissure seals that help keep (brushing and flossing) patients cavity-free with strong, healthy teeth and gums. Dr. Mainker worked with Dr. Lankupalli for months to make sure that this dental team has the same values.Dr. Lankupalli is currently overseeing my son’s treatment with Invisalign. He has a pronounced overbite - but the entire issue is being treated without the painful orthodontic tightening process that my sister’s kids are enduring. He uses an app and loves to come in for cleanings and to have the alignment checked. (The office is pleasant and the focus is on prevention, so fissure sealants and fluoride treatments have kept both boys cavity-free for years.)Dr. Manjusha Tummala was the dentist for my most recent appointment. She is knowledgeable, conscientious, and gentle. Dr. Tummala values preventative care, and obviously wants every patient to walk out with an amazing smile.

We had an unfortunate experience with this clinic. We initially visited for a regular cleaning but were advised to undergo a deep cleaning instead. We informed them that we had received a deep cleaning just last year and wanted to stick with a regular cleaning this time. However, we were given incorrect information, with the suggestion that our insurance would reject the claim for a regular cleaning. Adding to our concerns, two of our friends had cautioned us against visiting this clinic, claiming they too were pressured into getting deep cleanings.We understand that a dentist can provide the best treatment plan, and we respect their recommendations. However, it's essential to communicate honestly with customers and not mislead them by implying that their insurance will reject particular service. To address our concerns, we reached out to our insurance provider, who confirmed that there would be no issues with any type of claim as long as it falls within our coverage.We hope that such misleading information won't be provided to other patients in the future. It's crucial for healthcare providers to maintain trust and transparency with their clients.

I recently had dental work at Pro-smiles, and can I just say the amount of patience and detail explanation that I received from the Dr. based on what was being done was extremely helpful and I felt a lot better and comfortable. I don’t normally like the dentist, but coming here changed and helped me feel more comfortable knowing that the people who were working here actually cared about my teeth and well-being. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone if you want a dentist that actually cares and makes a difference.

I’d recently been through a traumatic dental experience with another dentist in India, but Dr. Manjusha Tummala at ProSmiles rectified the situation for me. She did a stellar job on my tooth adjustment keeping my teeth pain and trauma in mind. I really appreciate her kindness and most of all her expertise along with the gentle care she provided. I never felt rushed and she constantly took the time to ensure I was comfortable and my teeth/bite felt aligned. She’s been a true life saver for me. My Dad and husband have been to her before and she is just the best. They were all kudos for her as well.Her’s assistant Hanna also did a good job with the X-rays.Grateful for you Dr. Manjusha!
