Signature Smiles of Plano

My first visit to Signature Smiles was great! I was met by a caring staff and on a Saturday. Dr Pavi explained every process and made certain that I was ok every step of the way!I have also made my second trip for a root canal. The team was just great to me and Dr Pavi checked on my well being often. I am so happy that I found this office. The medical care and customer service are 5 star!!!

We visited Signature Smiles of Irving and Plano for Dental Implant, Root Canal, Deep Cleaning and routine cleaning with Dr. Naren Mikkilineni. All our visits were very good, Dr. Naren is very professional, knowledgeable, inform the patient throughout the process of treatment, educate the patient on how to keep the teeth healthy, follow-up with patient after implant and root canal procedures. Dr. Naren is very friendly and his office staff is great in accommodating patients schedules. We would highly recommend Dr. Naren for your family's dental needs.

After neglecting professional care for far too long due to dental anxiety and lack of insurance, I finally landed on Signature Smiles after reading many positive reviews. They were spot on! I was so scared and embarrassed at my first visit. Luckily, Dr. Naren, Dr. G and their staff are all compassionate and understanding. I had an extraction and implant just before Thanksgiving, and Dr. Naren gave me his personal number in case of an emergency since the office would be closed. Fortunately I didn't need it because it was painless and my recovery was uncomplicated. The process is now complete and I couldn't be happier. The implant looks and feels like a natural tooth. Thanks to Signature Smile, I'm no longer embarrassed to smile again. If you're looking for quality, compassionate dental care...look no further! I would recommend them to anyone.

This dental office is awesome! I came in with an emergency and they took care of me while making sure that my discomfort level was at an all time low. Dr. Pavi and the staff are wonderful and sweethearts that make sure you understand exactly what is going to be taking place and what the options are. Can't explain how thankful I am on how they've worked with me and my situation! 100% recommend!

Dr. Pavithra Soundarapandian is a professional and a genuinely caring person for the benefit of her patients. She makes her diagnosis, explains what is a needed procedure, and respected my personhood giving me time to decide. Her sweet voice and gentle hand motions when she speaks calmed my nerves. Once started in the procedure she artistically preforms effectively, efficiently, focused on her work like a well oiled machine. Dr. Pavi is awesome. I went in for the treatment of my one teeth for the first time. During the entire process, she took great care with friendly communication and did the treatment effectively with almost no major pain to my tooth. I’ve been to this office time & time again! I’ve always had amazing service. I have never been more comfortable with a dental office. Dr. Pavi (Pavithra Soundarapandian) is so sweet! She makes sure I have clear understand of the process and what her plan is. I only want her to work on my teeth for the rest of my life!!! The staff is excellent! I have not been to the dentist in for EVER, yet they made me feel at ease and non judgemental. Everyone was so professional and personal. I have had to go back a few times for multiple procedures, and they treat you like family! They were concerned about my comfort and providing the best care possible. I would recommend for sure!

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing! I stumbled upon here because I was new to the Dallas area and needed a new dentist! The staff is so friendly here and they know me by name. I have gone here for my 6 month check ups as well as for a crown. Dr. Pavithra Soundarapandian is so kind and patient! She makes sure I understand everything and is sure to answer any questions or concerns I may have. When I got my crown done by her it was not only painless, but also timely. She made sure I was comfortable with the fit and color and she even went as far as to prescribe ibuprofen if I felt any pain after the procedure (which I ended up not needing).
