What a great first orthodontic appointment we had! My 9-year-old felt comfortable. He was happy. He had fun and all the staff were super nice. The level of compassion they demonstrated, making sure a nervous new comer to dental work was at ease, was above and beyond. The little details they displayed were so thought out! There was a welcome sign with patients names, art my child drew while there was posted on their website….these are all things that made our visit remarkable and put a huge smile on my son’s face and mine.I love the warm home feel Christian music 🎶 playing environment! Everyone is extremely professional and elevated as it relates to how they handle children specifically. I would recommend this office over and over and over again. I can’t say enough about the awesome experience that we had this morning. Definitely going to be a customer for life.

This practice is amazing. Every staff member is friendly pleasant welcoming & professional. The Dr is excellent. I'm not the only adult who gets orthodontic care & retainers afterward. I've taught infection control for >20 years. I'm impressed with the IC practice & you won't find one germ here! This is very important. Highly recommend WB Orthodontics!

I have been going to Willow Bend Orthodontics for 20 years and the one thing that has stayed the same is the friendliness and caring of the complete staff.From the time you check in, you get the feeling that you’re in good hands and you know what? You are!I have always had a good experience whether it was getting my braces so long ago or redoing or repairing my retainers.As a side note Dr.Jones was my dental assistant when I got my braces in 2003 and now she owns the practice! Just amazing!I highly recommend visiting Willow Bend Orthodontics, you will not be disappointed!

I Do not recommend this office.They Unethically informed me after 3weeks of being strung along that they could not “meet my expectations”.The office OM , expected me ,as the patient to retrieve my General Dentist notes. Of course initially I requested that the general dentist send notes, but when under coordination of care the offices involved should communicate regarding clinical notes.When I suggested placing that responsibility back on the orthodontics office , the very next day I received and email from the Operations Manager informing me that they would not accept me as a patient.Yes there were several “red flags” that this office was probably not a good fit ;one being how I was told repeatedly how “glad” they were that I was there ??You can probably guess the rest …😂… gotta ❤️it.

Our pediatric dentist referred our 7 year old daughter to Richardson Orthodontics when an anomaly appeared on her x-rays. Dr. Tamara Jones and her team provided our family with an excellent experience. Our initial consultation revealed that a closer look would be needed, so we made arrangements to visit the Willow Bend office to access their 3D high-resolution x-ray machine. Our family is so grateful to Dr. Jones and Angela, the Treatment Coordinator for the compassion and kindness they showed our daughter. They were attentive, thorough, and eased our apprehension. We couldn't have asked for better treatment.

The staff were so very efficient and friendly. They took us straight away even though we had made the appointment that same day. My daughter had a wire misplaced from her braces and the dentist rectifies the problem with so much care 😊Would HIGHLY recommend this place, they are simply awesome in all aspects!!!!

Willowbend Orthodontics is an amazing group and this review is long overdue! Dr Jones and her team took care of my 3 children’s orthodontics needs and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. With each child, they were the epitome of professionalism, efficiency and caring. Our family will never forget this time in our lives… even now, a couple of years out, they ask about Dr Jones, her kids, her staff and wonder when/if they’ll get to go back for a check in!

I had a great experience at Willow Bend Orthodontics! Dr. Jones and the staff were wonderful and very accommodating to my situation. I currently have braces through another orthodontist but could not get in for a last minute band change. My power chain had turned green after eating a turmeric dish and I was desperate to get this changed before leaving on vacation. My daughter has her braces through Willow Bend Orthodontics. I called them and explained my situation. They were very understanding and after getting consent from my doctor had me scheduled within 20 minutes! They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone considering braces.

The staff here are amazing 🤩 Booking my first appointment with Breanna who was really awesome in helping walk through all the items I needed. My first appointment I walked away feeling very happy to have met such knowledgeable staff that were so welcoming. Needless to say I couldn’t have made a better decision than choosing Willow Bend orthodontics. Also, Angela was so awesome! She really made me feel like I won the jackpot! 10/10 would definitely recommend ❤️
