I knew about Dr Winters through TikTok. I love how he mixes comedy and education together. I made an appointment to get a second opinion since the first Dr had told me they had to extract 4 teeth plus the braces in order to get that smile I wanted.When I went to Wincrest Orthodontist, Dr Winters told me right away no teeth needed to be taken off. That made me so happy. Love how open minded he is and all the new technology they have. I also felt welcomed, the staff was very friendly. You can definitely tell they love doing what they do and that makes the service even better.

The office was clean and beautiful. Everyone there was wonderful. Carrie is awesome! And Dr. Ben was very kind. He asked me questions and actually listened to the answers, wasn't in a hurry/didn't make me feel rushed, and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. He gave me clear options, and I felt good when I left. I really appreciated all of them.

I recently took one my daughter for a consultation and both my daughters and I were so impressed with the attentiveness, professionalism, and knowledge of Dr. Winters and his staff. This was the most thorough consultation ever, a 5 star experience for sure. From the moment I made an appointment over the phone until we left the office, the staff was super nice, professional and informative with the whole process. My daughter also felt very welcomed, comfortable and included during the whole process so she really appreciated that.😊We also loved the beautiful office and everything they had to offer. Definitely check them out if you plan on getting orthodontic treatment. We drove about 30 mins but don’t mind the distance when the service and quality is outstanding.

I immediately was able to go to the back with no wait. The staff was very nice and inviting. I absolutely loved how the doctor allowed me to be an active participant in the work I needed done. This is not my first rodeo and I could tell that he was very knowledgeable of the procedure I needed. Overall, it was a 10/10 and I highly recommend!

I enjoyed my first visit to Wincrest Orthodontics. The environment was clean, quiet, and peaceful. I enjoyed the minimalist decor of the office, the aesthetics were visually pleasing. When I arrived Carrie greeted me and was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed our conversation throughout the consultation. Dr. Winters was also friendly and welcoming. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. They both provided me with an abundance of knowledge which gave me a sense of comfort during the consultation. I waited until my journey was done to write this review. Treatment started 10/2021 & last visit was 5/30/2023.I come from meager means. I was lucky to get a dental visit when I was a kid. After some hard work I was finally able to start my dental healthcare journey. It was not an easy one. I went from one place to the next dealing with upsales and providers who did not live up to expectation. The expectation: that dental providers would be caring, kind, and educate me on the happenings with my teeth. I knew my teeth were bad, as I mentioned I did not visit the dentist often as a kid. And truth be told I didn't visit the dentist when I was a young adult either. After 3 failed attempts with other dentists I finally found one who doesn't auto upsell me for the deep cleaning. I had always wondered why I was being charged for a cleaning when my insurance says it covers it for free. I was being auto upsold. What does this have to do with Orthodontics and Wincrest, you may ask. Well when I finally got my teeth cleanings in order with a family operated dentist, I decided to start my orthodontic journey.The first provider I went to for my braces caused an absurd amount of anxiety and I was lost throughout the process. The orthodontist did not communicate the orthodntic plan well, did not talk to me directly, and we ended up arguing about how he lacked education and execution with customer service. I was enraged that day. It was surreal to me. I wanted to give up, but I had come too far to do so.As I drove home that day shaking from the anger and frustration, I remembered Dr. Winters from TikTok. When I first started following Dr. Winters on TikTok he was not based in Texas.When I got home I started searching for his office. I didn't care where he was based, I was just going to have to travel to make this work.After all that I had gone through with my dental care up to this point, I was willing to do what it takes to find someone who cares, who is passionate, and who exemplifies the definition of customer service.I prayed to the good Lord for some releif and I started my google search. Behold, the good Lord said, Dr. Winters had recently moved to Plano, Tx. I had to search the information on three different search engines to make sure it was true. I thought there is no way that in the moment when things felt so wrong that something was actually going to be right.I phoned and made my consultation. The consultation was phenomenal. Esme and Meg were so welcoming and treated me with dignity and respect. Dr. Winters took the time to speak with me directly and explain everything. I mean everything. I never felt talked down to, never felt lost, never felt like a number. All of them were amazing. Every visit I had there, Dr. Winters spoke with me about my progress and Esme made the process quick and simple. As you can see from my journey I do not say this lightly, Dr. Winters and the staff at Wincrest orthodontics were literally the answer to my prayers. Thank you Dr. Winters for coming to Texas, Thank you Meg for helping me get setup. Thank you Esme and Carrie for making each visit fun. Lastly thank you for providing financing options that work with my budget. Money played a huge roll in my not getting dental care for a long time.

I would highly and repeatedly recommend Wincrest Orthodontics. After moving here from out of state we had to find a new Orthodontist for my daughter. We hit a foul with our first choice but scored a home run when we found Dr Winters and his AMAZING team at Wincrest. Needless to say they are wonderful, affordable, clean, pleasant and there is no where else I’d rather have my daughter finish out her treatment. 10/10–ABOVE HAPPY—ECSTATIC

PHENOMENAL😊💫❤!!! That's how I have to sum up our experience with Wincrest Orthodontics.Dr. Winters & his staff are unlike no other!! I know I told him several times that I wish it were orthodontists around like him when I was a kid. To know what my son looked like prior to his underbite (Class 3) & to see the after result....Mind. Blown🤯🤯!!!! Gone are the days of ugly grey metal clunky looking braces! Oh & the retainers....even cooler!!! They make braces look cool each step of the way. Grateful to have found Dr. Winters because he explained everything to us with a "best" & "worse" case scenario. He didn't try to just take the money/upcharge and slap on some braces, as some places do. He was understanding, empathetic & patient, allowing us the best possible outcome for our son. I'd definitely & do recommend this practice to anyone who's looking for a phenomenal orthodontist who is a game changer & will give you the most amazing smile😃. Also, when you go in to see him, be sure to take a picture with him &/or the staff by the selfie wall.
