Super nice from start to finish. The hygienist was able to explain and show me exactly what was going on with my son's teeth and even showed me techniques to help maintain at home. The staff and doctor are very patient and let my 4 year old son talk and ask questions. Definitely happy with this as it was his very first dental exam and they made him feel comfortable.

Definitely the go to Dental office!The new staff here is very patient oriented, knowledgeable and caring. The Hygienist Jesus was Awesome! Dr Samarh has amazing chairside manners and answered all of my questions, My visit finished up with a thorough explanation of my Tx Plan by the Gem of a Manager Kaitlyn. Ms Liz at check out made sure to give me my next appt and her smile was very comforting; making me feel like I mattered

The whole staff are awesome! Today everyone made me feel like they cared about me and getting my teeth all fixed up! The Doctor, the assistant and the other young Hispanic assistant and the Office Mgr were all very kind, patient and knowledgeable, i wish i would of gotten their names but i will when i go back. I want the exact same team! It was a great visit and I hate going to the dentist lol..seriously...Port Arthur Smiles is 💯!

I like everything about the Port Arthur Smiles Dental Office. From the receptionist at the front desk who greeted me with a smile and "how may I help you?" to the easy accessablity of their public restroom! The x-ray technician, Taylor got the process off to a great start and Jesus actually made getting my teeth cleaned a pleasant experience. I was equally impressed by the professionalism of Doctors Samarah and Knott. I knew I had made the right choice in trusting them with my dental needs as I witnessed them conferring regarding my procedure. Angi, Norma and eventually Katlyn each play a significant part in making sure that as a new patient, not only would I be back but that I will highly recommend them to my family and friends. If I forgot to mention anyone who was a part of my pleasant experience don't worry, I will be sure to make it up after my next visit.

My experience was great. My children got thier teeth cleaned and some fillings. I forgot the lady name but I do remember she was creole lol she coached my daughter all the way through. My daughter was scared to take the shot but she made her feel very comfortable. And the lady that actually filled her teeth did a awesome job as well. I rate the staff here 5 stars!

My name is Missy.. I had no idea that when I walked in that I would love these people so much. They are an amazing staff that work together as a team Dr. Knott was absolutely the best, and when he retires a legend will retire with him he did exactly what I asked, he made me a smile, thank you so much to the team that helped today,I’m smiling big because of you. Hands down Recommend to anybody !!

I had a bad tooth ache and needed to be seen ASAP. After calling around at least 10 dentist offices in my area none of them could see me until Sep. 11th or later, in addition to charging $75+ just to look in my mouth. I couldn’t wait that long and saw they do walk-ins at Port Arthur Smiles. I went in and immediately filled out the paperwork needed and they were able to fit me in that morning less than an hour later. The office was very clean and receptionist was helpful. They called me in BEFORE the 10:30 appointment time so the wait was surprisingly short and immediately did X-rays and went over my options and pricing. (Way cheaper than the dentists I’ve gone to before). I decided on an extraction and the Dr. was sooo gentle and kind. She was constantly asking if I was okay, explaining the process and making sure I felt 0 pain! 10/10 dentist office. They’re quick, clean, affordable and very kind
