I would recommend Dr. Pepper and her staff to anyone! This office is full of amazing people! I have had all three children go through this office, along with several friends. My children and I feel like family when we are in and out of the office. I have nothing but good things to say. My son was the last of my three children to have braces, we will miss going to the office.

They stay on top of making sure appointments are scheduled on time, and they are flexible if things need to change.As far as teeth go… they turned out better than I imagined. What can I say about Dr.Pepper and her amazing staff, where do I even begin..3 years to obtain a perfect smile with a cross bite and no surgery took hard work and dedication to those darn rubber-bands as much as I disliked them I wore them faithfully. I was an Invisalign patient of Dr. Pepper and the process from start to finish was fully explained and expertly executed. I am not a full time Florida resident so I’m sure managing my specific case had some unique challenges but you would never know it, my care was flawless. I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing my healthcare professionals. I went to many consultations prior to starting my treatment with Dr. Pepper. One of those doctors literally said “well hello Dracula” to 14 year old me at first sight which I’m sure he thought was funny (I didn’t see it that way). After 8 years of looking I came to Charlotte Advanced Orthodontics and finally found the perfect fit. This is the first and only office I have felt welcomed from the second I walked in. They explained everything perfectly and made sure I was able to get the treatment I needed. I had no insurance, but they were able to give me reasonable payment options. Everyone at this office has been extremely helpful and caring. The service that I have received here is incomparable to any other. I recommend Dr. Peppers office to everyone I know. I would like to thank her and her amazing staff for everything they have done for me on thing journey to a new smile.
