From the moment you walk in for a consultation, to the treatment planning, to the end of your treatment! They treat you like family. Jeffri is an amazing addition to this team & another reason why I would recommend everybody to come here! Her & Dr. Rad are the best Duo in the office! If you NOT getting your ortho work done here, you’re being overcharged and not getting great work! Dr. Rad did everything to accommodate our needs and our daughter’s smile is so pretty.The practice has grown so much, but they have not lost their personalized touch. We never feel rushed and our son gets the same individual care that she did.Their price is fair and they have great in house financial plans. Ion orthodontics is the best! All of the staff are very friendly and personable. I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Rad and I would recommend her to anyone looking for treatment. Every appointment is quick and they are super flexible with my nursing school schedule. I did Lightforce and couldn’t be happier with this decision. Most people don’t even notice I have them and the progress has incredibly fast and stress-free. My expectations have definitely been exceeded and I’m so glad I chose to go here! ION is the best Orthodontics office around! Everyone in this office is super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rad is also really nice, and you can tell that she cares about her patients. Appointments are easy to schedule, and each visit has been enjoyable. I have never had a bad experience here.My daughter has Lightforce braces, and this is one of the few offices in the area that offers this option as a treatment plan. The braces are customized for her teeth, they are less noticeable than metal braces, and the cost was affordable. The office offers flexible payment plans. My daughter's teeth have shifted so much in the short 6 months that she's had them on.I highly recommend this orthodontic practice!

I found ION Orthodontics in Port St Lucie through a FB ad. I sent a message prior to my consultation and received a quick, and thorough response from Dr Rad. I was already amazed by her care and professionalism. I came in for the free consultation and was just blown away by the wonderful staff and in-depth procedure of taking full mouth photographs, panoramic x-rays, and full diagnosis. Dr Rad is incredibly nice and provides you with her full attention, as she truly cares about everyone she sees. The price is good, too, as it’s the newest ortho patented technology. I highly recommend Dr Rad and ION Orthodontics!

Can’t tell you how much the braces would cost but force you to sign a financial consent form. Waited 6 months to be seen and they still won’t tell me how much the braces would cost. Stay away from these people no one should be forced to sign a financial consent form under the health records update especially when you haven’t been given a total cost of the braces.
