If I could give 0 stars, I would. as a returning patient, the office was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. having spent $5000 at this facility you would think they would be more kind. Jacobus was disrespectful and rude when I didn’t mention that my retainer was rubbing my mouth when I already told the lady and she said she would tell me. NEVER returning to this place even if I need a new retainer. This was not the first time he has been rude either. Vakani is much better. Good luck.

I was a patient with dr. j and it was a very pleasant experience. He made the adjustment appointments very easy and quick. Staff on site are very welcoming and nice. I had an over bite and pretty crooked teeth and they got me looking perfect in 1 and 1/2 years! I wouldn’t recommend any other orthodontists in the area other than dr. j. The building is very clean and well organized with appointments and payment plans.

My daughter, Jasmyn had the best ortho experience with Dr. Jacobus and team! We have trusted Dr. Jacobus 100% throughout the entire journey because we know he is the BEST! We wouldn’t want anyone else working on her braces. The staff make you feel like family. Very polite and professional. We will recommend Dr. Jacobus to all my family and friends.

We went for our consultation yesterday and left with an appointment to get braces put on next week! Dr. Jacobus and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and the treatment plan is affordable. My daughter felt right at home in their office and really liked the way they made her feel like a person- not just a set of teeth that needed straightening!

After I had a bad first impression from another orthodontist in town a friend recommended Dr. Jacobus. On the very first day I met him he evaluated my smile and came up with a treatment plan I was satisfied with. He took the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Dr Jacobus and his team are professional, informative and always pleasant. It was the best decision I could have made. I had a wonderful experience and a beautiful smile to show.

We have been so pleased with my daughter's whole experience with Jacobus Orthodontics. From the first consultation to the very end, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was the best!! My son and I are seeing Dr. Jacobus. When deciding on an orthodontist, I looked at several orthos reviews on Google and asked my friends for recommendations. Dr. Jacobus had 5 stars and great feedback.We have been seeing him for over a month. I love the ladies and Dr. Jacobus. The customer service is outstanding. The care is wonderful. I am glad I chose Dr. Jacobus for my son and my orthodontist needs.

Was upset that I went to another ortho prior to get my son his braces because something is always wrong with his braces and he wasnt happy with them, I was referred by someone that Jacobus was a great place so i called to make an appointment. Lol they dont take transfers even if I was willing to get the braces removed and start over. Really was not impressed with how the receptionist hamdled that. Hey it wasnt the place for me.

What a fantastic office!!!While vacationing in Florida from New York my daughters palate expander broke and she was in extreme discomfort. I called multiple offices and each one told me they could not help us for an entire week. I thought vacation was ruined for my daughter until I got to Jacobus Orthodontists. They treated it as the urgent matter it was and told us to come in and helped us right away. What a great doctor, what a nice team. I highly recommend them!

Professional, kind, honest, thorough! A wow wow wow experience for me and my daughter!!! What really blew me away was the personalized card thanking us for visiting and personalizing it in a manner that showed my 8 year old daughter that the tech listed to her, made her feel special and made it clear that she cared what she had to say! A practice that goes to such lengths to make the experience genuine and kind earns my business!
