Just coming from my consultation visit and all I can say is WOW! I was so prepared to feel pressured into some form of treatment through this office that I was caught off guard when that did not occur!Ana was extremely thorough in getting my details & understanding my issues, Her sweet disposition put both my husband & I at ease. Then Dr McNeal blew us away both with her amazingly warm personality, and her clear/concise explanations of my issues. Most importantly, she gave us her completely honest recommendations, even though that meant she would not immediately get our business.From this experience, both my husband and I feel like Prosper Trail Orthodontics is a rare breed of business where the patient’s needs are above everything else and the doctor and staff truly care. We will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family!

Update>>> One year later and I am now in braces too. I did my research on different types of braces for adults and let me tell you, Dr. McNeal knows her stuff! I have so much respect for her and her passion for her craft. She is constantly educating herself on the latest and greatest treatment plans. I opted for the Damon Ultima system. It's a little bit more expensive than traditional braces, but worth it.Prior to my daughter going into braces we got estimates from other orthodontists and while some were cheaper, I am so glad we opted to go with Dr. McNeal. She never rushes and always explains exactly what she wants to see happen and how we are going to go about making it happen.I HIGHLY recommend Prosper Trail Orthodontics for both kids and adults.Dr. McNeal immediately made my daughter feel comfortable and took the time to explain her treatment plan to her. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Always great service with lots of personality and smiles. I've been w/ PTO for a few years as an adult patient (my two middle school daughters were also patients). The front desk knows me by name when I walk in the door and always offers a warm greeting and a quick catch-up. The techs and Dr. McNeal are all outstanding - they are consultative, explain what they're going to do and why, and make sure that I'm always comfortable and at ease. On the few occasions I've needed to come in for a problem w/ an Invisalign tray or loose wire, the front desk has been incredibly accommodating and been able to squeeze me in usually the same afternoon. A few places I visited prior seemed more focused on slick marketing/wooing me versus the nuts & bolts of providing outstanding, personable care. I couldn't be happier or offer a higher recommendation.

This office is a lot about generating revenue off their patients than actually care about them. My daughter had her braces for over 2 years which cost me to $7000 and she was supposed to get a Maryland bridge for her missing tooth after her braces were off. By the time I could get her to her dentist to her a Marilyn bridge to get the Maryland bridge, her front teeth were shifted in a period of 7 days. When I took her back to Prosper Trail Orthodontist, they said that it’ll be another $2400 to fix her front teeth. They don’t take pride in their work. It’s all about $$$.

We have trusted Prosper Trail Orthodontics for our entire family. Everyone is very professional and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we’re comfortable and well-informed. The front office, billing, and everyone in-between has provided our family with superior service. Excellent communication. Clean and up-to-date equipment and facility. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience as always! I received the Best Service from Hannah and Dr. McNeal.Hannah explained every step of my appointment to me, I never had to wonder what was going on. When she removed and install my wires I didn’t feel any pain or pressure. Hannah is AWESOME I love working with her. Dr. McNeal has been taking great care of me through this process , she makes me feel like a family member! I cannot recommend Prosper Trail Orthodontics enough! I’ve had such a positive experience, especially given I got braces for the second time later in life :).The entire team is top notch and made every appointment smooth and easy. Shanice in particular is a gem!

Hands down the best orthodontist in town!! As an adult needing braces, it is never fun, but let me tell you…this staff, the amazing orthodontist and the environment is beyond amazing!! Dr. Kimberly McNeal is not only an amazing orthodontist, but personal, hands on and makes you feel like you are the only in the office. (Not a lot of orthodontist are this hands on). The entire staff is friendly, and know who you are and your story, every time you come in. I highly recommend this office, this orthodontist and I will send everyone requesting a orthodontist, to them. No doubt, when my son is ready for braces, this is the only place he will go!

We have had a wonderful experience with both my kids at Prosper Trail Orthodontics! Dr. McNeal is an outstanding orthodontist and she is always so positive and cheerful when she sees us! She is the best! Shanice is an excellent assistant and has gone above and beyond to make our experience a positive one! She is such a gem! Highly recommend this office!

Dr. McNeal and her entire staff are amazing. My daughter got braces here and after her braces were off I got braces and we both had such great experiences. My daughter was 8 and asked a thousand curious questions every visit and they were always so patient and sweet in answering her. I was self conscious getting them as an adult and Dr McNeal reassured me the whole way and was just as excited as I was when it was time for them to come off. This is a great practice in every way.
