I got my Invisalign done here. Throughout these two years, the service has been great and professional. The staff at the front desk are lovely and welcoming which lights up my day when I walk into the office.Also, very accomodating of missed appointments which I appreciate alot. I’ve had a wonderful experience getting Invisalign treatment with Braces and Smiles. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming during every visit. The clinic is also very clean and hygienic. Dr. Lee really transformed my smile and helped me gain my confidence back. I appreciate that the office is also close to the train station, so it was always easy getting there.

My kiddo has been coming to Braces and Smiles for almost two years. Today the braces came off and their teeth look amazing. Between the doctor, technicians and front desk you couldn’t ask for kinder, sweeter, and more competent staff. They always accommodate any braces emergencies that arise with a teen; losing rubber bands, breaking brackets or missing floss strings. They work with you to make sure that the final results are perfect. I’m beyond grateful for all their dedication and if I didn’t have a camera shy teen I’d share a pic of that beautiful smile. My 3rd Time with braces- and it’s a charm!I highly recommend Braces and Smiles if you are considering or need braces! Dr Lee and his wonderful friendly staff made the experience hassle free and enjoyable. They explained clearly all procedures and costs, the front desk and staff were always welcoming, hours are flexible, the office is bright, modern and conveniently located just off of the busy hub of 71st Avenue and Queens Boulevard. My dentist in Forest Hills recommended Dr. Lee’s office after my permanent retainer (from a 2nd round(!) of braces years ago)broke and my teeth started to shift. As an adult going “back” to the orthodontist, this can be a frustrating and daunting proposition, but Dr. Lee and his staff were a dream to work with! I am so happy I chose Braces and Smiles!

Our experience with Braces and Smilies was amazing. The staff was kind, the environment was relaxing and professional, the procedure was quick on lots of my visits(10-15 minutes). They’re even somewhat lenient, if you come a little late they won’t outright cancel your appointment. I completed my braces treatment for my teeth and they have never looked better!

Just got my braces off today and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff are always attentive and treat you with respect. Additionally they are flexible with their times, so if your late(like I am) or early, it’s fine. Additionally the environment is always and welcoming. If you’re considering Braces or Invisalign, I would always recommend Braces and Smiles.

I was hesitant at first getting braces as an adult but after my visit with braces and smiles the staff made me feel so at ease. I’m so glad I went ahead and did the process. My daughter has been going to Braces and Smiles since she was about 8-years-old for an expander followed by braces. She recently had her braces removed and Dr. Lee and the staff have been warm, friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process.
