The service in general is good but they should work on their customer service. Today, 03/25/24, I attended my appointment like every month and as time went by, I went to my appointment first and then went to the bank that is 2 blocks away, withdrew the money to pay for my appointment and returned. Sometimes they charge before the appointment and other times after, so when the girl asked me for payment I explained that I would pay after the appointment and she told me that it was not possible, that if I didn't pay they couldn't pass me, it bothered me because it takes longer I had been working with them for a year and I asked him what was the reason for not being able to pay later, he gave me a passive aggressive explanation that "if I didn't pay first the system didn't give them the option of passing me on", I told him that it seemed strange to me but Well, then I approached my husband to tell him to go for the money since they were not going to move us to the appointment but it turns out that they did move him and told him that he could pay later, when they had just told me that if I didn't pay I couldn't get through the system. Obviously it was a lie, then I realized that the real problem is because I had to pay $30 for a repair today, it seems like a complete lack of respect that for that reason they didn't pay me when I have already paid more than half of my treatment of almost 6 THOUSAND dollars always on time, they should appreciate and treat their patients better.

The main Orthodontist is really mean, pretentious, and pompous. Horrible costumer service skills. Anytime I asked questions she would make a disgust face and respond in a belittling manner. Also, in the past, she has yelled at me because she didn’t like the conditions of my braces/teeth, in front of her coworkers and other customers. Additionally, I felt her receptionist also reflected the same arrogant behavior. When asking questions about a survey/ form one takes before seeing the orthodontist, they would raise their voice, or ignore us, etc. last time I go here, felt very uncomfortable my whole experience here. Did not feel like I could ask any question because the main orthodontist or receptionist would shut me down. Felt humiliated after my appointment.

I like it a lot!!!! because apart from the fact that the place is very clean, the people who work there are very friendly and the service is fast; They make very good products, they are very professional, I recommend them.Excellent work!!!! 100/100.

Very organized, they attend to you at your scheduled time or before, Excellent attention and excellent doctors O.I couldn't be happier with my son's treatment.

My daughters friend recommended her to come over here to get her braces done. We go to make an appointment and the lady in the front desk had such an attitude that it got me upset so I had to make myself serious when talking to her. We were obviously new and I thought she would try to help us figure out how to do these paper work and let us know what’s to come after but she just gave it to us and said to fill it out and give it back to her and just wait. So we did and when I first called to make an appointment she could’ve told me that I had to pay 100$ just for them to check my daughters teeth but she didn’t and I came with money but just not enough. I told her nicely if she could wait until my husband arrives with the money and when he comes I’ll give it to her. Ten minutes pass by and she keeps asking rudely if we were gonna pay because they were going to close but there was 15 minutes until it did so I told her that he’s probably close. She was so impatient for the money it was shocking. She tells us that she will call once the insurance envelope arrives but it arrives to my house. I call to make an appointment and they pick up so rudely saying if it doesn’t arrive to there store they won’t do anything. I don’t like they’re attitude and the front desk ladies are so unprofessional. Not going back there again nor recommending this bad behavior to anyone.

The service is excellent! They have placed the braces first to my kids then my husband and now I have braces too. All the team are super friendly and I feel very welcome. The Doctors are very professional, explain you process and give you a sense of tranquility, !!I highly recommend this office to everyone! They are EXCELLENT, 👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you guys you are the best!! This is a scary time and my children and I we are very careful and with that being said we stay in for safety from covid. But this is the one and only place we come out to visit. So that’s really saying a lot. The facility is clean. The office take the necessary cdc guidelines and the staff is so professional, pleasant, and caring which I appreciate. They are the best!!! 💕

I highly recommend this place, the doctors and the staff are very friendly and professional. I took my godson over there and his treatment was very successful with excellent results. He is very happy with his smile and is constantly using the retainers as he was instructed by the doctor and one of the staff members.One of my friends have also started an orthodontic treatment for her daughter at this office and she is enchanted with the progress done so far.
