this place has so many good reviews but this place is a little wired because my son has braces and they just completely fell out the springs came out the glue is not stable and the brackets are not holding the wire and plus the wire is super pointy my son has cuts, and marks, in his mouth because of this and its just the lower part of his braces the upper part is fine I just don't understand why this is happening in my opinion i would not recomend this for your child or for you

Let me just point out that I ended up going here because of the telephone etiquette of the lady at the front desk. I cannot remember her name. She answered all my questions and even provided me with information that I didn't get around to asking as yet and I thought that was very thorough and professional of her. I saved the name and location of the place so that I wouldn't go anywhere else when I was ready for my procedure. But I couldn't find it when I was actually ready. So I called around to see if I would remember her voice lol. And I found her and made my appointment and now Forest Hill Orthodontist will be my spot.

Updated review 12/21/2023Just wanted to update this review since the customer service with the front desk lady is still horrible maybe even worse since I complained. When I go in person to pay the bill there is no problem because I speak English. However when my mother (knows English but has a Spanish accent) goes to pay my sister’s bill in person she ignores her and goes to talk to someone else like she did today. If your interested in this place I would recommend to go anywhere else but here. You will have a problem as soon as you complain about something. Would never recommend this place to anyone. BEWARE.Just waiting a couple more months to pay off the Invisalign and will never come back.Review 1:This review is just for the front desk lady at this office. My little sister has been going here for more than a year and we have never had any issues. The doctors are great. Last week she was scheduled for her regular appointment which is usually Thursdays after school. I received the email and text confirming and reminding me of the appointment. Now the front desk lady that’s there I’m guessing is new because the usual lady was not there. We arrive and she says she called us and texted us saying there are no doctors today. Firstly if a doctor calls the patient and there is no answer, why not leave a voicemail? Or send a text or email? Then she rescheduled an appointment for the following day and after making sure a doctor will be here we headed home. 5 minutes later she calls and says that unfortunately there are no appointments available for the next day Friday. I just don’t understand how she was able to confirm at the office that Friday was available and is now saying there are no appointments?! She rescheduled this appointment AGAIN for next Wednesday at 9:30AM after telling me to let my 13 year old sister go to the appointment alone if I can’t make it!? Does she really think I will let my 13 year old sister take a taxi alone to an appointment?……..Now hopefully we will arrive there with no issues but this was such an inconvenience and she was incredibly rude after all this being her fault. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF APPROPRIATELY!

Although I have moved and considered changing to a more convenient office, I’ve stayed with this one bc of two primary reasons. 1) front desk. Tennisesha is the most friendly and accommodating receptionist. My son and I have gotten to know her well over the years and I’m always impressed how recognizes most patients by name. 2) lead assistant. Kaitlyn is top notch. Very knowledgeable and attentive and has built a relationship with my son which makes the routine visits much more pleasant. I’m glad to have these folks at the practice and hope they get recognized for their outstanding service.

Highly recommend this Orthodontics. Starting with the amazing front desk staff that is very informative and make you feel like your family. They remember your child and family by name after the first visit. To the back office staff that is gentle and makes my child feel comfortable while getting braces . Amazing doctor as well. Never makes you feel like your question is dumb and makes you feel heard . This office is very clean and there’s also very flexible hours for moms like myself . Couldn’t have picked a better place to go thru this long braces journey with . Thank you for everything 🏼

October 2022 update 2 ⭐My son had his braces removed before the summer. The last two years, I've noticed a high turn over in most, if not all, of the assistants and orthodontists. We were actually instructed to come back earlier to check if my son needed to continue wearing his retainers full time. But, we were away for vacation and had to wait until September. The new male dentist didn't check anything (his mouth, bite, retainer fit), just told my son to wear his retainers for another month because that's customary and to return in December. We have had a great experience here. Seeing new assistants every time and this new orthodontist makes me glad my son is done with his treatments.2020 review 5 ⭐I have been taking my 13yo son here for a few years. We started with a palate expander, then head gear, and his time with braces is almost done (so we're told). Dr's Andretta and Kopcza have done an absolutely wonderful job improving his teeth and smile. The front desk staff and assistants are a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Sable Staller is the best orthodontist I've ever had. I know this may not sound too revealing given that most people with braces have only ever have one orthodontist, but this says a lot in my case. I had my braces on for 5 years. Although there were many realities about my teeth that caused the process to take so long, it was also, in part, because my primary orthodontist kept changing due to circumstances out of my control. Nearly every time I went in, there was a new doctor who had to figure things out on the fly. One day, I was scheduled with Dr. Staller. She was very warm and kind when we spoke, but beyond that, the adjustment she made on my braces cause my gaps to close much more significantly than past visits. I hadn't done this before, but I requested my next few appointments be with her. After just 4-5 months of seeing Dr. Staller, my tenured braces were ready to come off. Now, my smile is absolutely perfect. Most people think that all orthodontists do about the same things to all patients so they don't care who they see, but I can say from experience that there are a wide range of treatment options for orthodontists to choose from. Given a patient's circumstances, there are some treatments that are very effective, and other that are not, so selecting an orthodontist who will make the right decisions is extremely important. Dr. Staller isn't great only because of her heightened decision making ability when it comes to monthly adjustments, she is just a joy to be around. Every time I come in she is genuinely interested in how I've been doing and what I've been up to as a college student. She sympathized with my frustrations of having to travel back to nyc every month to get my braces tightened, and made a personalized effort to get my teeth straight as soon as possible. Always with a big smile and witty joke, it lessened the burden of going back significantly. I could not recommend her services enough. I know that looking at yelp or google reviews isn't always so convincing since it's hard to trust what is being put out, but I hope that the authenticity of this statement of endorsement will persuade someone out there to make the very right decision of making Dr. Staller their primary orthodontist. Oh, and her TikTok is @bracesbysable, follow it! Dr. Staller, if you are seeing this, I'll see you soon for my retainer check-up!

Don't really have a good experience here at all. I saw a pretty accurate review about the staff being nice sometimes and other times not. A lot of the time I feel uncomfortable going into this office because the staff just aren't polite and kinda have an attitude which is super rude when I've paid thousands and all I want is my teeth fixed without the attitude. And to schedule an appt it's terrible. Had to wait 6 weeks for my next appt and my Invisalign tray was already old. So I had to stay with my very yellow aligners that just won't whiten (I tried everything) and they also cracked a little for all that time. It was embarrassing and I'm pretty upset about it. I asked for a replacement and they said they didn't have any which is weird because if I lost them then what. Not very pleasant experience wish I could switch orthodontists but I already invested thousands and I'm near done. I dread having to deal with this office.

My daughters were impressed with the innovative technology of the dental practice and the kindness showed by staff. I liked the ease of setting a consultation appointment with the practice and the COVID-19health assessment performed upon arrival to the office. In addition, the dental practice utilize every inch of their office to ensure the safety and entertainment of patients and staff. The multiple TV, bright and modern dental office were a big hit. I also liked the teaching involved from the dental tech to show my daughters how to clean and maintain the braces. The cleanliness of the practice and the COVID-19 screening are impeccable. I feel my children are safe in your hands. My only recommendation would be to discuss dental options with parents separately from the patients/children because of the high cost of orthodontics that is not covered by insurance and children do not understand that fact when they hear the recommendations for braces.
