I love coming here, the receptionists are always so nice and whenever you’re running late you can call ahead and let them no with no problem, if you come early it’s no problem you can still go down. Booking or changing appointments is easy and usually the process itself it’s quick unless it’s a busy day. The doctor and assistants are also always so nice, I recommend all the time to friends :)

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best and most effective dental treatment. Staff is very genuine and caring. Dr. Adam Shaft is very detailed oriented and will give his best. He is not your typical orthodontist who is too busy to spend time on his patients. Last but not the least, a big shoutout to Ilonka. Staff like her have made this place so warm and welcoming.I am glad I chose this place both monetarily and experience wise.

This dental office is excellent. From the front desk staff who is very professional to the staff who takes X-Rays and discusses the treatment plan. The Dr. Is excellent as well. Very thorough in his explanation of what is needed and how the treatment will work. The hygiene of the place os outstanding. Overall an excellent dental office. We highly recommend it. My husband is a General Dentist in the area and he highly recommends it.

Finally got my braces off. My teeth were a whole mess in the beginning, but the doctors and staff magically made it work. I didn't have any problems with my braces, so every monthly appointment was fairly quick and I didn't have to wait that long either. Overall, very satisfied with the results, friendly service, 10/10 would recommend :)

It's a nice experience when you're in this place. Due to COVID-19 they limit the people they let inside which is good for safety and they even have a bench in the front for anyone waiting outside. The staff is very polite and helps you. When waiting inside theres many places to sit, due to COVID-19 precautions they space you out inside as well, everytime I come there's always a movie playing on the tv which is good if you get bored waiting. When changing the wire for my braces the workers are very polite and patient. I like how when there needs to be done or has been done something with your teeth they let your guardian know which I think is important and good since they don't do things without informing your guardian. Overall, always a great experience being here.

I’m thrilled to have finally made the decision to fix my teeth and after doing plenty of research I decided to go with Jackson Heights Orthodontics. The staff is very friendly and always answers all of my questions. My doctor recommended Invisalign, which I was hoping for, and so far I love the treatment and the process is going very smoothly. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a healthy and beautiful smile.
