Woodhaven Braces did me right y’all!During my adolescence I knew something was wrong with my bite just never knew the terminology to describe what was wrong. I had a cross bite / underbite, class three. Never knew I had it I just thought I had crooked teeth (which I did!) Ive tried to get braces younger but my insurance did not cover! Luckily I got denied by my insurance then because had I got them younger there would have been a high chance that my underbite would grow more pronounced due to you not stopping growth until your mid twenties.So my case is more complex because I had to get Jaw Surgery. I had to collaborate not only with an orthodontist, but also an oral surgeon (Dr Nuegarten saved my life!) I was deeply insecure about my asymmetrical jaw and smile and they aligned it. Im ready for a new era in life and so happy with my results and for my new found happiness.

This orthodontist has changed my life completely. I used to be so self conscious of my smile before I was brought here. They have made me want to smile everyday as someone who would always cover my mouth whenever I would smile or laugh.
