Woodhaven Braces

Woodhaven Braces did me right y’all!During my adolescence I knew something was wrong with my bite just never knew the terminology to describe what was wrong. I had a cross bite / underbite, class three. Never knew I had it I just thought I had crooked teeth (which I did!) Ive tried to get braces younger but my insurance did not cover! Luckily I got denied by my insurance then because had I got them younger there would have been a high chance that my underbite would grow more pronounced due to you not stopping growth until your mid twenties.So my case is more complex because I had to get Jaw Surgery. I had to collaborate not only with an orthodontist, but also an oral surgeon (Dr Nuegarten saved my life!) I was deeply insecure about my asymmetrical jaw and smile and they aligned it. Im ready for a new era in life and so happy with my results and for my new found happiness.

This orthodontist has changed my life completely. I used to be so self conscious of my smile before I was brought here. They have made me want to smile everyday as someone who would always cover my mouth whenever I would smile or laugh. I’m really glad I found this place thanks to Dr.Llompart and the rest of the team,for taking care of me through the whole experience! Would forever thank them for making me feel more confident in my own smile!

Since I moved from Boston and came to Woodhaven braces I have experienced nothing but a successful journey in getting my perfect smile. The workers are nice and helpful in taking you step by step to get everything you need and are very reasonable with you. Their environment is very neat and clean and makes u feel very comfortable. After getting my braces off and being with them for two years I can say I am very happy with my journey with Woodhaven and their safe enviorment .

My experience with them was amazing!!! Every time i come here they treat me with kindness and are very excellent at what they do. I spent 3 years of having braces and each appointment they made sure everything was alright. They also explain each procedure and make sure we understand. This place is honestly the best and would recommend others to come here as well!! 💞

They got attitude here like I got my braces taken off and I felt confident with my smile then the doctor said that she personally wouldn't be happy with that. That ruined my confidence and they didn't even take off all the braces glue. (Update I fixed my chiped tooth so I had to get a new retainer one they tried to charge me 200 even though my mom talked to a worker who said it won't be charged because my new retainer is needed and two the new retainer doesn't even fit my back teeth and when I push it to make it fit it doesn't fit my front teeth this place is a joke)

I would not recommend Woodhaven Braces. Sonia does not do her job. I was over charge $680.00 because Sonia did not bill insurance company for retainer. The retainer that was coved by the secondary insurance broke after 12 months. When i questloned Sonia why was the retainer not covered by primary insurance company. I was told she never billed that insurancè. Insurance company cover claims within 12 months. So I was billed for her error. She failed to file the claims and made up excuses that the fee was for x ray that had to retake. So please check your payments in cash and what the insurance company paid.

I went to go get my retainers and took a day off of school in order to make it to the appointment. The top molding was done incorrectly when I got my braces removed a couple of days prior, making the retainer completely misshapen to my teeth. I now have to take another day off or else my teeth would start going back to place, due to the lack of concentration and professionalism the workers have here.

I’ve been going to WoodHaven Braces for a good 3-4 Years for my braces journey. My experience with woodhaven braces was wonderful, They are very gentle and have a friendly approach. I had my kid braces done at Woodhaven Braces. Daniel Kuncio was the dentist. He is unfriendly and doesn't explain the procedures. His focus is to get the patient in and out. Sonia is the front desk staff that handle the payments. She is very rude.and unreliable. She was billing my insurance company and Sonia was charging me cash monthly. At the end of procedure they were supposed to refunded me. Most people don't look at what the insurance paid. I did, I overpaid and tried to get my refund back. I was getting pushed around by Sonia and doctor Kuncio. I overpaid $900.00 which Sonia was supposed to billed the insurance company. When I called the insurance company. They said.she never send in for the payment. Sonia just decided to stopped billing insurance company without consulting me. I will take this up with higher authority because I can't get it resolved by this office.
