GREAT experience with Dr. Shoff in Red Bluff. I had braces from Dr. Shoff about 20 years ago, and returned this time to have the braces installed after getting a tooth pulled and to correct some movement from not wearing my retainers (my fault!). 18months from installation to removal, exactly what Dr. Shoff estimated, and each appointment was 20-30minutes max then on with my day. Convenient, communicative, and a really great process. Highly recommend.

Both my son and daughter had their braces done at the ortho office of Dr. Donald Shoff in Red Bluff, CA. My son just got his braces removed and we are very happy with the results. My daughter had hers removed a couple years ago and has had no issues. Ro in Dr. Shoff's office was very helpful throughout the whole process with both of my kids. She is amazing especially helping with insurance. She was a life saver! Both my kids were very happy with Dr. Shoff as well and his work and demeaner. Our almost 14 year old boy has just had his braces removed and is now in a retainer. He spent 2.5 years with braces on and approximately 2 years before that being watched in preparation for braces, by Dr Shoff from Shoff orthodontics. This means that the last year and a half has been during the Covid-19 pandemic. Always our family was treated kindly, respectfully. The treatment was professional and very worth it. As a dental hygienist of over 20 years, I highly recommend Dr. Shoff. He has completed orthodontic work on both of my children and many, many of my patients whom I have referred, and I am consistently pleased with the quality of Dr. Shoff’s work. We are always greeted so kindly by his assistant Ro (who is the sweetest!!) and always taken almost immediately back for our appointments. We’ve never had to wait past our appointment time. If you’re looking for a great orthodontist for yourself or your child, there’s no need to travel to Redding or Chico, we have one of the best right here in Red Bluff!

Dr. Shoff is the real deal! He is an absolutely amazing orthodontist. He worked on both my girls teeth, and the results were stunning! Dr. Shoff cares about each patient, and he is a perfectionist who changes people's lives for the better. My 9 year old had a terrible overbite, she was extremely embarrassed to smile, but the worst part was she could not eat food easily because of it. Her teeth are so beautiful now, she can eat normally, and the best part is she is so confident and loves to flash her smile! I feel so blessed we found Dr. Shoff and Ro! They are the best team out there. Tehama County is so very lucky to have them!

We are very thankful for Dr. Shoff and Roe. They have taken such great care of our first two children and we will be bringing our other two children to them as soon as they’re ready for braces. I had my braces taken off today after a little over two years. Donald Shoff and Rho explained everything in detail every step of the way. Especially in my case I didn’t know what to expect. Your appts were always on time. Dr Shoff, Rho and Sheri are always very personable and smiling. In my book if you were to go elsewhere you’re missing out on very positive experience.
