I had not been to a dentist in years and I was really nervous, but knew I needed work done. The Red Oak Smile Center legitimately gave me a reason to smile! They are all so friendly and helpful, the anxiety I was feeling was gone once I walked in and was greeted by all the friendly faces. I could not be happier. Dr. Sadeddin and staff are wonderful. Red oak smile center is staffed by a very friendly and compassionate group of professionals, led by Dr Sadeddin. . From the personable greeting at front on arrival to the end of visit, you are made to feel important and that your dentistry and well being is their concern. They also have an in-house discount treatment plan to help defray costs.

The staff is 12 out of ten. They're careful and respectful. I hate the dentist and have huge anxiety around the whole ordeal/have just avoided it like the plague for as long as I could. I've now to this place five or 6 times in less then a year and im going to force myself to go back for whatever they recommend if that tells you anything.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE from start to end I love that when I walked in the doorThe secretary immediately acknowledged me and let me know someone would be with me soon she wasn't on her phone she wasn't looking down she looked right up at me with a pleasant smile the next person greeted me asked me how was I doing I'd love that the next person also the same thing the dentist I let he gave me an opportunity to tell him what I needed and what I wanted and then we proceeded from there everyone in the establishment was very warm professional and I love it for the first time I did not come out of the dentist office angry I do recommend Red Oak Dental in Red Oak thank you guys so much

I've had a significant amount of work done here to repair my teeth. They have done a phenomenal job every single time. Any issues that have arisen during or after the volume of work I've had done have been thoroughly handled. The dentist is one of the most sincerely nicest people I've ever encountered that absolutely cares about his patients. Recently, I had an unfortunately rare side effect of post routine work and he thoroughly ensured I was taken care of, even calling to check up on me on his own time. I won't go anywhere else.

Went to another dentist here locally in Red Oak. Long story short, the doctor there treated me unprofessionally and I never went back. Came here today n seen Doctor S, and come to find out that I do not have cavities. Prior diagnosis from the other dental place said I did. The staff here and Doctor S himself, showed me professionalism, empathy, concern and were very informative. This is my new dental practice that I will continue to be a patient at. I definitely recommend Smile center. Do not settle or accept anything less than comfort and a connection when concerning any medical places you are going to do business with

I wanted to update this review from last time. Dr. S and his team continue to do an outstanding job of caring for their patients. I can't emphasize enough, what a spectacular team Red Oak Smile Center has!I absolutely love coming to this dentist. Dr. S has gotten me on my way to a healthier and prettier smile, and it hasn't taken long at all. Everyone at the office is kind and friendly, and I'm always very comfortable when I go in for my appointments. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment if you're looking.
