This is such a fun and friendly place! I love the staff, the service, the touch screen self check in, coffee maker and all the beautiful Disney decor. There was never a dull moment here. The small hand outs like croc charms or candy made us feel so special. It was always a joy and pleasure attending our appointments. We highly recommend to everyone who is in search of an orthodontist.

Both of my son's have gone to Dr. Paulson and honestly I never thought orthodontia would be considered a joy, however, it was. Every single person who works there is wonderful, kind, and knows the meaning of service. Walking into his office is like going to Disneyland...literally. If you have to get braces, why not feel like you are traveling to "A whole new world" (Aladdin), Thank you Dr. Paulson and staff for telling me what my sons needed and keeping all of your promises. We appreciate you and we have the smiles to prove it!

Paulson Orthodontics is always amazing. I have twin boys both have had 2 sets of braces so we have been going for years now and I can honestly say that we have never had bad experience. Everyone at this office is professional and very kind. To make it even better the wait times have never been more than five minutes. This office really knows what they are doing!!!

I highly recommend Paulson Orthodontics to Everyone, they are just Amazing how they treat you from the 1st day of walking in to the last day of treatment. We live in Moreno Valley, and have chosen to make the drive to Redlands without a second thought, due to how friendly Dr. Paulson and his staff are. My fiancé began an Invisalign journey with Paulson in 2019. His teeth were pretty severe. We always felt bad as his treatment was prolonged since he was often out of town for work and missed appointments. However Dr. Paulson never made him feel bad and was super encouraging still.Everyone in Redlands knows Dr. Paulson has always been amazing but I never realized how great until we moved during the last part of his treatment. We just moved to Alabama with 3-6 months left of treatment. We walked into our new orthodontist and the entire office was amazed at what Dr. Paulson did.They couldn’t believe he didn’t have to pull teeth and did an expander when he was 22 years old. We had a big group of people looking at his first pictures with Paulson compared to now! They said they’ve never seen those kind of results before. I know it made my fiancé feel really good, as his teeth was a big insecurity growing up. Super thankful we found Dr. Paulson, he changed his life!

I have the pleasure of writing a review for this establishment. With great honor I’m able to honestly give a heartfelt appreciation towards Dr. Paulson and, his wonderful staff. It doesn’t get any better than this. When my children and, I first walked in Dr Paulson’s office after being referred to by my children’s dentist. We were amazed the way it’s fully decorated. After our first consultation we were so excited everyone is so polite and inviting. Your left feeling so welcomed, ever since then my children and, I look forward to their appointments. My children love, going to Dr. Paulson’s office and that makes me happy. Im truly grateful for the positive energy and, warmth we receive each and every time we walk in. Our experience with Paulson Orthodontics was Outstanding! We had two sons who had orthodontic treatments and we're beyond pleased with the results! The entire staff is amazing! My daughter had Invisalign done with Dr. Paulson and all I can say is thank you! She was 10 when we started, and I was a little hesitant at first about her starting ortho at a young age. But she was very comfortable with Dr Paulson and his staff. They were all so kind and always willing to answer any and all questions or concerns we had. They reassured us that starting ortho at a young age is pretty normal, and went over the two phase system. She finished phase one and in a few years we will see if she needs to go back for phase two. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows. They also do a lot for the community in Redlands, and have a lot of fun contests for patients. My daughter had an issue with a tray not fitting after her new tooth grew in. And the office was very responsive and was able to get us in the next day. She finished with the Invisalign after a year, and her teeth look great. We are very happy with the outcome. I would really recommend his office to anyone. My husband is even thinking about coming here to get Invisalign too. Side note: The Disney theme in the office was so cute! It felt like we stepped into Disneyland every time we went in.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Paulson and his staff. We always feel valued and have had a great experience. We just finished my daughters second phase of braces, so we have been patients for over six years. We have never had a bad experience and my daughter’s teeth are beautiful! The office is adorable, clean and just fun to be in…. We are so sad to not be going to appointments anymore now that we are done.

If you love Disneyland, you will enjoy going to Paulson Orthodontics. Decor means a lot to me and having a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere can make a world of difference.Each visit was like stepping into a time capsule of innocence and fun with Disney posters on the wall. There was even a Tiki Room parrot in a small alcove. Even though the pleasant, timely appointments were brief, I left with a smile and a bit of trivia about Disneyland attractions and rides. The staff is friendly, courteous and caring and all of my questions were answered. Best of all I can smile now and I don’t feel like I need to cover my mouth.I highly recommend Paulson Orthodontics.
