Rim is an exceptionally organized practice. Every step was clearly laid out and explained. Communication tools also provided helpful reminders and easy communication. After we started, we soon learned that at least 3 of my child’s friend went to Rim, so it’s well known around its area too.As for outcomes, Dr Rim was an engineering marvel. He used a series of adhered bumps and wideners to coax a troublesome tooth into place before starting my child on Invisalign. It was a long process but we’re happy and impressed with the results. We absolutely recommend Rim Orthodontics.

Dr Rim and his entire staff has been amazing to work with. Both my boys received excellent care while they improved their smiles. Even throughout COVID the team provided a safe environment and followed all precautions to ensure the kids were protected. From the direct care that Dr Rim provided to the front office and Kay’s attention to all billing details we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Once the treatment started, the check-ins were frequent and Dr Rim was great at adjusting the plan based on how things were progressing. Best experience ever! Approachable office staff, organized, great communication, clearly outlined treatment plan with sound explanations and reasoning for treatment. Dr. Rim is personable, caring and values not only his patient but the family support for the patient with his insightful explanations and responses to concerns or questions. I have such a positive experience at Dr Rims office. The staff, scheduling, and communication was everything I could hope for. My Invisalign Journey was during COVID and there COVID procedures and protocols made me feel super comfortable going in for every appointment. Lastly, I was one of those people that felt straight teeth were long ways ahead of me but as soon as I found Dr Rims office, it felt quick and easy-so worth it! I’ve gotten my invisaligning with Dr. Rim. The process took less than expected (about 8 months), now using my retainer with a happy smile. Everything has been smooth since the beginning, Dr. Rim and all the stuff are very friendly, and responsive for any questions quickly. The clinic is also very clean, and they pay attention to the hygienic utmost. I’m very happy with the result, and highly recommend.

Back in 2006-2009, I had a really bad experience with orthodontic treatment, specifically with invisalign, that left me chasing after the doctor after their sudden disappearance. The doctor's assistance messed up my molds 4 times and still ended up giving me faulty retainers which I couldn't wear and ultimately, led my teeth to shift back. I hesitated with redoing orthodontic treatment for years but after the crowding and shifting became unbearable, I started doing my research. I was really keen on making sure my next orthodontic experience is with a credible and knowledgable specialist, not matter how far or expensive.After reading the incredible reviews for Dr. Rim's office, I thought there was going to be some sort of catch that I was missing. I drove all the way down from San Francisco to come in for a consultation and was really impressed by how kind the staff were and more importantly, how thorough, direct, and accommodating Dr. Rim was. He walked me through the entire treatment plan, helped me visual what the results would look like, and answered all of my questions and concerns honestly. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell anything and I truly felt like I was talking to an expert who gets things done. I felt confident signing up.While I did my treatment throughout the pandemic, everything felt really smooth - from the insurance handling, to the at-home weekly dental scans, to the in-office adjustments. Even as I was approaching the end of my initial treatment, Dr. Rim extended the treatment to make sure I was getting the best results and gave me the run-down of what his goals were. Now that I'm officially done with my treatment, I can truly say that Dr. Rim and his staff gave me exactly what they offered the day I came in for the consultation, with no frills or complications. He is an expert at what he does, extremely reliable, and his entire office is so kind and accommodating. They changed my entire perspective on orthodontic treatment - I would highly highly recommend Dr. Rim if you are looking for orthodontic treatment.

I first visited Dr. Rim for a consultation 3 years ago and I could immediately tell that he was very thorough and detail oriented. He referred me to Stanford for oral surgery that would be needed in conjunction with my orthodontia. Dr. Rim worked very closely with the oral surgeon at Stanford and between the 2 of them, I now have the perfect bite that I should have had when I first underwent orthodontia as a teen. I cannot praise Dr. Rim highly enough for his meticulous work. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rim to anyone looking to begin orthodontic treatment and I will be bringing my own son to him when he needs braces.
