Stress and anxiety about visiting a dentist? Not anymore. 1st thing you notice when you arrive, the establishment is warm and inviting. I arrived early, while staff was at lunch. Had a seat on the front porch and watched the world go by. When I walked into the lobby, it did not have that traditional dentist office smell. The staff was friendly and made you feel comfortable. I feel bad for not remembering the name of the tech that did all the hard work, but she was awesome. Not judgmental about my poor life choices in the least bit. She seemed like she truly enjoyed her job. Had a great personality and was caring and honest. Dr. Jones was great and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. If you have "white coat syndrome" or have had a bad dental experience (like I have) this organization will change your mind. Truly a diamond in the rough.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Jones took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. I also had a great cleaning by my hygienist, Cara. The office is modern and clean, and they even have a weighted blanket and scented neck pillow to help ease any anxiety. I especially liked watching the Hawaii YouTube travel while I was getting my teeth cleaned as I had a trip coming up! After my Reno dentist retired leaving his office in the hands of a corporate dental chain and all staff turning over, a friend referred me to Westside Dental. After a consultation, deep cleaning and crown appointment were scheduled. Both are now completed. WOW, besides the amazing office space and great staff, Emily the hygienist and Dr. Natalya Jones make the experience about as good as it can be. I appreciate you so much in taking care of me and my pearly whites. Yes, of course, we all need to floss more. :)

I had a dental emergency last Sunday and was eager to see a dentist as soon as possible. Despite reaching out to several clinics, only WestSide Dental Clinic was able to accommodate me. I was originally scheduled for Wednesday, but I called their office on Monday, hoping for an earlier consultation. To my surprise and relief, Dr. Jones kindly fit me into her busy schedule. It’s rare to receive such prompt care nowadays, with most dental offices fully booked, so I truly appreciated their flexibility. The staff at WestSide Dental Clinic are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Today, I requested an appointment adjustment, and they smoothly handled it. On top of that, when one of my veneers unexpectedly fell off, Dr. Jones graciously offered to take care of it right away instead of scheduling another visit. Highly recommend Westside Dental! I booked appointments for my entire family; we all had incredibly positive experiences. I had not been to the dentist in 14 years, not something I would recommend, but the longer I waited, it snowballed to the point where I became terrified to go to the dentist! I saw a commercial for Westside Dental Studio and decided to check it out. Read the reviews on yelp, etc., then booked appointments for my entire family. I arrived with an immense amount of anxiety and shame and embarrassment, and although I had taken excellent care of my teeth over the years, I was still very concerned. Turned out I had nothing to be worried about, my teeth were fine, no cavities, surprisingly, but the entire staff took such great care to make me feel calm and not embarrassed and there was zero shaming and they were extremely gentle, knowledgeable, and kind. To all of my family members. We probably saw nearly everyone in the practice between the three of us, and I can stay across the board, that the entire staff—-dental assistants, hygienists, dentists, front office—from start to finish, you are treated with respect, kindness, competency and care. If you have any dental anxiety or trepidation about getting dental care, don’t put it off any longer, you have nothing to worry about at this practice! The atmosphere is spotless, well-appointed, welcoming, bright, and well decorated. Because of the entire staff at Westside Dental, I am now looking forward to my cleaning appointment in six months, and I no longer have the fear and anxiety I carried with me for so many years! One of my best ever dental experiences!! From the scented neck warmer, to the weighted blanket, and the beautiful office. Dr. Jones was quick and very informative & friendly. The assistant knew just when to use the suction and the water, I hardly had to swallow. It did not feel like three hours in the chair for the work that I had done. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone who has ever had a poor experience with their dentist. They make you feel very comfortable.

I scheduled an emergency online appointment easily ($194 without insurance) for a broken crown. Dr. Jones’ assistant took a simple X-ray, revealing decay under the crown. Dr. Jones recommended extraction via an oral surgeon, my first potential tooth loss. When asked how tooth loss would affect my bite I received a very short answer that undermined the reality, along the lines of I would get used to it and my teeth might shift down. A thorough dentist would explain how extraction might destabilize your bite long-term and discuss solutions like implants (to preserve bone/jaw function) or bridges. No alternatives like implants were mentioned. The interaction felt impersonal. Upon seeking a second opinion, another dentist cleaned the decay and replaced the crown. While the clinic is clean and has strong reviews, my experience lacked the empathy and thoroughness of my previous dentist who left for rural outreach. Disappointed, as I’d hoped for similar care here as the reviews made it seem. The receptionist is very friendly, and welcoming.
