I highly recommend Fleming Orthodontics for many reasons. I am 56 years old getting braces. I was pretty nervous about the whole process and everyone there from checking me in to getting my braces put on were all very kind, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I had visited three other places before finding this one because I was trying to find a place close to my job. Those other places made me very nervous about getting work done in their office, they were not as attentive or friendly. Had I come here first it would have saved me time because I would have not gone anywhere else! I love my braces and very pleased! Thank you to ALL at Fleming Orthodontics!

I had a wonderful experience at Fleming Orthodontics! To start, the staff are inviting and helpful and they work diligently to address your individual needs. The facilities are also very impressive. Penny was extremely helpful and Dr. Fleming spends time educating her patients on their options, the science behind them, and the pros and cons of each. She is clearly an expert in her field, citing the latest research and knowledge to back up all of her recommendations. Dr. Fleming and her staff help you feel at ease, making for a stress-free and successful visit. Fleming Orthodontics is great for adults and children!

Dr. Fleming and her team are a must! My daughter got braces with her over 10 years ago. I went back as an adult and got braces for myself. Everything about our experience at Fleming Orthodontics has exceeded our expectations.Dr. Fleming is top notch (have discussed my kid’s case with several orthodontists, AND Dr. Fleming is by far the most knowledgeable and delivered the BEST experience). She was able to fix my daughter crossed bite in a record time! Scheduling is easy and flexible, everyone is friendly and positive, the approach to teeth straightening and FUNCTION was fast and effective. Nothing but accolades for the attentive process and my child’s straight and HEALTHY teeth.

Update: Thank you for copying and pasting the same format you used for every other negative review. I’ve already found another place to fix my retainer. It sucks because my sister also went through treatment here but for brother’s orthodontic treatments, I’m finding another place in uptown Dallas for his treatment. You were disappointed with my review? I was disappointed with the treatment I received from you guys for four years.Initial comment: I admit, she’s a very good orthodontist. I’m making this review as a prior client. However, she always gave some kind of backhanded comment at each appointment that made me not want to go back to her. Despite her office being in Garland, TX, as a minority, she made me feel uncomfortable. She’s also Asian. So imagine having an Asian doctor and you being an Asian client and not feeling comfortable. I went to her because I typically just Asian doctors or doctors who are POC. Yeah, nice office, semi-nice staff, however I did not feel welcomed at all. Sucks because I need to get my retainer fixed and I’m probably just going to have to reach out to another orthodontics office to get it fixed.

I love Fleming Orthodontics, everyone in the staff is very caring and professional. I completed my invisalign treatment recently and I’m very happy with the results.The dental technicians and Dr. Fleming made sure to make it a good experience.

I appreciate the attention to detail and the amount of time Dr. Fleming gives us. She sits down and talks to us without being in a rush. She explained both of our options in detail and answered all questions, including my son's concerns. The hygienists and the receptionists are all friendly and committed to giving us the best quality of care.

I whole heartedly love Dr. Fleming and her entire staff! This was my second set of braces (I didn’t wear my retainer after the first set #whoops), but my first time seeing Dr. Fleming and I could not recommend her enough. She’s so thorough and will educate you on the steps she’s taking to perfect your smile. Again, love her and love her staff and will actually miss seeing them every 6 weeks.

We are starting our second child ortho treatment with Dr. Fleming. We have always been so pleased with the staff all of the assistance and Dr. Fleming herself. They have come to be like family to us. It feels great to have another mother looking out for the best and my children just like what she would do for her own children. She really cares and is very conservative and has Walked me through every step of the process.

Dr. Fleming and her staff are exceptional and always welcoming. Both of our children have had great experiences. Dr. Fleming is very professional and what’s the very best for her patients. My kids have always loved coming here! Our family has continued to drive to Dr. Fleming and her staff after moving out of the area because of her care and staff.
