Update: 03/26/2024:This is an updated review after 7 months of being with Dr. Mills. My daughter looks forward to going to every appointment and the staff is so accommodating when her face mask needs to be adjusted due to her sensitive skin! Dr. Mills does not rush the process and always thinks of the patient’s best treatment plan instead of choosing a “one-for-all” plan.Dr. Mills is super friendly! We just started Phase 1 in September and we are excited to see the progress! Thank you to staff for bringing so sweet as well!

I sought an orthodontist for crowded teeth, and Dr Mills, ranked 5th in my search, impressed from the start. The polite and helpful receptionist set a positive tone. The calming atmosphere and tailored payment plan made me comfortable. Dr Mills explained options, and I opted for braces. I have completed a successful year of treatment so far.Remarkably, my son with autism also received effective care, defying my expectations. Dr Mills and her team skillfully handled his unique needs, providing braces and making follow-up visits enjoyable for him. Grateful for the courteous staff and the engaging views from the eleventh floor, I proudly support this woman-owned business. Thank you, Dr Mills and team!

Dr mills and her staff are incredible . My daughter has been with her for years! My daughter broke her retainers and being a single mom and I didn’t know how I was going to pay for it. We worked out a plan and now she has her 2nd retainers. I am so happy that it worked out! They’re are incredible and worth the rating I gave them!!

I've been a patient here for almost a year and the team is so great. Everyone remembers my name and it feels like they care to know about me. They always explain the changes that they are going to make and let me know exactly what to expect. 10/10 would recommend going to see Dr. Mills and her team if you're in the market to get that perfect smile.

The ladies at the front desk are the best! They are beyond courteous and seem to really care how you are doing when they ask. They really work with you to help you get the best day and time that works with your schedule. The whole staff has a very positive attitude that helps the cutely decorated office feel warm and welcoming. Dr. Mills may look young, but don’t let that fool you. She really knows teeth! She has helped both my boys already get rid of their underbites and one has started on braces. She has made the process so smooth and easy. My oldest was able to get his top braces on same day as the consult. It was really quick! When we came back 6 weeks later, I said he should probably wait on his bottom braces install because of upcoming trumpet auditions and she had no issue waiting until next appt. The doctor and staff really care about your child. My daughter was devastated when her expander time was extended. They made every effort to get her retainer available in 5 days instead of 21 so she could enjoy Halloween candy!! Then they gave her a congrats package with popcorn and candy!! Really sweet touches. Def recommend Dr Mills!!

This review is long overdue, better late than never but Dr. Mills and all of her staff have been amazing! The level of care is outstanding to say the least. Today my daughter had her follow up appointment (her birthday) and they were thoughtful enough to surprise her with a treat:)Thank you to Dr.mills && staff for making every visit a pleasant one!

The service here is amazing! I’m not a patient yet, but I did have a consultation and from the first phone call I knew I would appreciate my time there. Dr. Mills and Kelly are so knowledgeable and understanding. They do not make you feel pressured to do anything, instead they make sure that you are fully informed and that you have a way of contacting them just in case you may have more questions/concerns. They are so easy to talk to. Even with it being a serious matter, I got to get a few laughs in as well. I want to make sure to acknowledge the receptionist for her superb etiquette. I wish I knew her name but anyone who has visited or called this office will know who I’m referring to. She sets the tone for the entire office. She will be the first person to greet you and personally get up to offer you water(if she’s able to of course). I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone like her. She makes it enjoyable to come into the office. I also got to observe her with other patients and she is so kind, caring, and considerate. She literally goes above and beyond. She seems to love her job and I for sure see why she is employed for that position. To sum everything up, I understand why this office has a 5 star rating and I’m glad to contribute to that. I highly recommend.

I just want to say congratulations Dr. Mills and that I love this office! The staff is always so friendly, and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. My daughter and I really feel valued every time we enter the office or get a phone call. Dr. Mills is always so kind. She is always giving compliments and putting a smile on our face. I'm so proud of her and thankful that we found a good Dr. That loves what she does and is not in such a rush to get you in and out. She takes time and asks questions.
