Dr. Hardin is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, personable, etc. I can not say enough good things about her. She goes above and beyond, and cares about her work. I am so happy I found a place in Richardson with such an amazing young talent. And they do free teeth whitening with PPO insurance!! I definitely will always come to Mint Dental as long as I am here.

Ellyn was fantastic during my deep cleaning today! In the beginning, I was having a rough time after being numbed for the cleaning. Ellyn eased my anxiety by giving me a few minutes to myself before she began, then explaining everything to me, treating me with the upmost kindness during the cleaning, and encouraging me along the way. Best of all, I didn’t feel any pain during the deep cleaning. I highly recommend Ellyn, dental hygienist, to everyone! Thank you, Ellyn!

I haven’t been to mint in a little bit, but I got a new dental hygienist, which I was slightly apprehensive of because it’s always hard to start a new relationship.My hygienist, Elaine, I believe her name was, was absolutely amazing. Kind very sweet and very informative.Also, I was very sad to see that my regular dentist, Dr. Bui, Is no longer with the practice, but I found out it was just because of family reasons. However, my new dentist was amazing and kind and sweet, and as a person of color in professional fields, I can’t tell you how much it means to me to see other people of color in professional fields.

Ellyn makes this dentistry one of the best if not THE BEST here in North TX, she is so awesome and wonderful I don’t think i’ve met a hygienist who loves her job more than this lady does. She is great with me and her coworkers and her other patients, She is why i’m taking my family to this dentistry in the future and i will keep goin there so long as she is the hygienist

My first visit was AMAZING!!! The staff was kind, and they was patient explaining every detail from the billing to the procedure that was giving. The staff really care about the patients wellbeing. The wait time wasn’t long, and ever had a smile the whole time I was there. 5 STARS for sure and I highly highly recommend them to any and everyone…

The appointment setting on the website.. the follow ups by staff.. the reminders prior to the appointment.. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Teeth cleaning: Ellyn was fantastic and her bedside manner is impeccable! I truly appreciate that she kept it 100 by advising suggestions to help keep my teeth clean and keep up with my gum health. She was very knowledgeable in what info she gave me. She did a great job with my cleaning and although she was careful, she got the job done and my mouth feels great! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️The dentist: awesome bedside manner and gave it to me straight! She was knowledgeable and let me know what was issue was and how it could be treated. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️The one thing I love about the entire visit is options and education! I will definitely return back to this office!

I truly enjoy coming to Mint. I have been a customer since 2017 and they have gotten better and better. My Dr now is Dr EJ and she takes amazing care of me and my son. She knows who I am by name and remembers what is going on with my teeth. The hygienist at the city line location Ellyn is amazing she truly has a passion for her job. She educated me and my son on the importance of flossing daily and showed us some good techniques. I believe Mint needs a podcast on the importance of taking good care of your teeth the proper way and have her run it. She is possesses a wealth of information and I think I probably only got to tap the surface. As long as I am living in Dallas Mint will always be my dentist.

The hygienist was wonderful! 10 of 10. She made some good suggestions to improve my dental health.Communication overall with appointment reminders was very effective.My only negative relates to being an 8am appointment. My confirmation text asked me to arrive 15 minutes early. I was the second person to arrive at 7:50. The doors were locked and we had to stand outside and wait. It is January and cold. I mentioned it when the doors opened at a little before 8am. He told me he was "getting ready". If you tell me to be here 15 minutes early, I expect YOU to be ready 15 minutes early. This was my 2nd time to have my teeth cleaned here and the important things went well. So I've scheduled my 3rd visit but for later in the day. Hoping it goes better next time.

They’re not kidding when they say they make sexy teeth! I chipped my front tooth 3 times in 3 days between fillings. We had a good laugh about it each time, and no one was upset with me for ruining my dental work (: Dr. EJ is amazing and completely transformed my smile, inspecting each factor causing me to chip my tooth when I was grinding my teeth at night. She was super attentive and completely customized and adjusted my teeth to ensure no more chipping! My smile is better than before I chipped it. I’m very happy to say I probably won’t be seeing the Mint Team for another 6 months. Thank you so much!

I had an appointment at City line location... I was really disappointed the lady in the office called me the night before my appointment and advised I need $600 for 3 cavity fills so I called the young lady to ask why was I suppose to pay for Fillings when I have dental Insurance The lady was rude and not friendly @ all I have been going to this location since it opened and I asked the lady could I make payments because I really did not want to cancel my appointment So instead of the young lady trying to assist she was saying well I will just cancel your appointment and when you are ready you can reschedule so i was so disappointed in the really bad customer service and so I just hung up and called the corporate office
