Very good experience from receptionist greeting to dentajl assistant to Dr Richards. Molar Tooth extraction with broken roots took a while . Was painless very good Dentist ,I can highly recommend having had 5 extractions in the past. Since tooth is in back, I wont be replacing it with an implant.

As someone who is terrified of dentists- this practice has been a source of such relief. They have helped as much as possible, treated me with such dignity, and never made me felt pressured or embarrassed if I couldn’t commit. The facility is familiar and comfortable, the staff is so kind, and their education to patients is everything. Highly recommend.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Richards is the best!! I was afraid of dentists for a long time and they helped me get through anxiety. He’s great with numbing and I’ve never felt anything over the last 10yrs.

I have been a patient at Richards Dentistry since 1979, when it was Dr. McDougal’s. He is in the process of retiring and it is now Richard’s Dentistry. I have transitioned my care to Dr Madison Lively and have seen Dr Richards in the past as well. All these years I have been happy with the care they have provided to me. From Dr McDougal, Dr Richard’s and now Dr Lively, they have all been great to me. They have always made sure I feel good with the procedures and provided excellent follow up after I leave the office to make sure I am fine. The hygienists and all support staff are very courteous and helpful. Although I will miss DrMcDougal dearly I will remain a patient at this practice as I feel I am in very good hands.
