Snow Orthodontics - Ridgecrest

I put both my girls and myself through braces/invisalign MANY years ago.A lot has changed since I've last been here. The staff was wonderful, and the processes are even better. In less than 1/2 hour, everything was completed easily and painless. I pick up my retainer this afternoon, which is several weeks earlier than I'm used to.I am absolutely delighted by the changes since I've last been here and recommend Dr. Snow and staff based on my recent experience this morning.

I called for a very serious problem with my teeth, the woman from the call center apparently set me up for invisalign/braces. I couldn't get my problem touched without being an active patient. Afterwards I got a referral to have my problem fixed by my dentist which was closed and doesn't come in the next day.The negligence of the call center caused more days of spitting blood and excruciating pain.The staff and Show Orthodontist was very friendly however I did mention why I was there several times to each person I interacted with and they didn't say that they couldn't help me until an hour later when we were done.

We joined the Snow Orthodontics "family" just recently. We are new to the area, and Dr. Snow's office came highly recommended. Our first experience to the office was perfect! Initial examinations were done quickly, treatment plans were explained clearly, and the financial meeting was done so professionally. I 100% appreciated the following: kindness of staff to both me and my children, the opportunity to discuss concerns and options without judgement, and the positivity of the atmosphere. Needless-to-say, I now have three kids being treated at Dr. Snow's office!
