Be extremely cautious when beginning ANY orthodontic care, but especially cautious with Dr. Snow’s office! Learn from my mistake and DO NOT sign any financial agreement without waiting for your insurance to give you a “pre-determination of benefits”! This office is charging us $1000 over our insurance’s allowable amount for orthodontic care and I have to pay it because I already signed the agreement and doing so voids their contracted amount with the insurance company. So basically, I’d recommend shopping around and not only considering the quality of care your getting, but also if they’re way over charging you or not. I learned my lesson the hard way. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for the rest of my family’s future orthodontic care.I would also add that the orthodontist currently working in this office barely says anything at all making it difficult to gauge quality of care. He could definitely work on his bedside manner. I’d be willing to pay a little extra to be treated by an amazing orthodontist, I’m just not sure our treatment is worth the extra $1000. Good luck!

I put both my girls and myself through braces/invisalign MANY years ago.A lot has changed since I've last been here. The staff was wonderful, and the processes are even better. In less than 1/2 hour, everything was completed easily and painless. I pick up my retainer this afternoon, which is several weeks earlier than I'm used to.I am absolutely delighted by the changes since I've last been here and recommend Dr. Snow and staff based on my recent experience this morning.

I called for a very serious problem with my teeth, the woman from the call center apparently set me up for invisalign/braces. I couldn't get my problem touched without being an active patient. Afterwards I got a referral to have my problem fixed by my dentist which was closed and doesn't come in the next day.The negligence of the call center caused more days of spitting blood and excruciating pain.The staff and Show Orthodontist was very friendly however I did mention why I was there several times to each person I interacted with and they didn't say that they couldn't help me until an hour later when we were done.

Terrible misogynist guy worked on my girlfriend here dismissed what she had to say and wouldn’t even talk to her directly. I’m not one who typically cues in on that kind of stuff, but it was terribly obvious that this man did not care and was extremely rude to her. Some of the technicians she worked with are seriously awesome, though, and they were the only reason we continued to work with this company.It is impossible to get a hold of them, though. I’ve never been able to talk to someone from the practice unless I go to the location in person.In all, I’m glad to wash my hands of this place.

One of the worst locations possible they do not care if One of your brackets comes on losing is poking you very badly they won’t fix it until your appointment. They always say nobody’s in the office but when I called them they’re open. I even had to call the Tehachapi snows to see if they can fix my problem because they said there’s absolutely nothing they can do to help me and that I have to wait until my appointment which is not until month. Some of the people that work there seem like they don’t know what they’re doing and they hurt you while they’re doing it is not because of your teeth is because the way they’re using their instruments it’s terrible. And as I said I have to keep having these braces on when I promise I’m going to a new were the location and I am suing them

We joined the Snow Orthodontics "family" just recently. We are new to the area, and Dr. Snow's office came highly recommended. Our first experience to the office was perfect! Initial examinations were done quickly, treatment plans were explained clearly, and the financial meeting was done so professionally. I 100% appreciated the following: kindness of staff to both me and my children, the opportunity to discuss concerns and options without judgement, and the positivity of the atmosphere. Needless-to-say, I now have three kids being treated at Dr. Snow's office!

Everyone at the office was great!! We showed up to our appointment they got us right in. No waiting!! We went over the treatment plans with Lissy everything was explained well for both of my kids. Our whole appointment went so smooth and we started treatment the same day!! Thanks to Brytanny for making my daughter feel so comfortable through the starting process. Very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend this office for all your Ortho needs.

We are quite happy with Snow Orthodontics.We are on our second child/teenager getting braces and have not had any issues. They have traditional and invisalign braces.They can pretty much take care of any dental issues you have,and can refer you if dental work outside their scope is needed.One big benefit of getting braces with Snow Orthodontics is you can get on a payment plan that is interest free. How can you go wrong with that.The payments are affordable from what we experienced. Once you make the decision you want your child to have braces if they are needed, it begins fast so make up your mind if it's what you want.One of our daughters had a crooked tooth for quite a few years,and we wonder now how could we have waited as long as we did.Her teeth are straight and beautiful,and it literally brought tears to my eyes when I realized she would no longer have a crooked front tooth. What price can you put on that? We have even been fortunate enough to have Dr. Swartz for both our children.

Staff is always amazing and helpful. A positive friendly atmosphere every visit.The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help. One time my daughter had a problem with a her expander and the staff came in on New Years Eve to fix it for her.Highly recommended the Ridgecrest office!

My name is Taylor Moore, and I braces for around ten months in the third grade. The staff did a wonderful job of making me feel better and I rarely had pain. About a year after all my adult teeth came in, I started invisilign as phase two. Invisilign is probably the best and easiest teeth straightening method out there. It was quick and simple and very invisible! I am now fifteen years old, and wear my plastic retainers every night.
