I have a scheduled appointment at the dental office today and I must say, it has been the most exceptional experience I have ever encountered. Having undergone multiple tooth extractions in the past with various dentists, I can confidently state that the service I received today surpassed all expectations. From the front desk staff to the hygienist and the dentist, everyone exhibited a high level of professionalism and politeness, demonstrating genuine care for my comfort. I wholeheartedly give this establishment a rating of 10 stars and am grateful that my mother recommended it to me. Moving forward, I have no intention of seeking dental care elsewhere.Thank you Latoya Brown-Sanders

From the time I walked in everyone was warm and welcoming. It had been a while since I had a cleaning. Sad to say pre-Covid. Even with that, I was not made to feel anything other than appreciated. There was concern for my dental health and overall person as well. I’ve stuck with Dr. Alder for a lot of years. The team is A++.

I left a very detailed response a few days ago. I will write it again. I was extremely pleased with the work that was performed on me. Dr Alder was superior with the detailed he performed with my extractions. I had pain but it was bearable. I live in Tinley Park, Il therefore I pass a lot of Dentists. I moved back here from Virginia, talked with my best friend and she referred Dr Alder. I am so pleased with her referral. If you are looking for a Dentist I highly recommend Dr Alder and his staff.

This was my first time visit , since I haven’t been to a dentist in a while I was nervous. I Spoke to Nancy (I think that her name)over phone . She reassured me that everything will be fine. The kindness and warmth I heard in her voice. I was no longer nervous. Once I got to the dentist office. It was awesome. I love the staff. This will be my new Dentist. I truly appreciate the love I felt. Thank you all for caring.

Dr. Alder, Nicole and the rest of the entire staff are so amazing. They take their time with you and put you at ease with the work that will be done. I’m 44 and just got braces. Because of Dr. Alder and Nicole, my experience has been flawless. Sure, the pain sucks but it’s all worth it and they make you feel so comfortable here. Thanks for the help and support!!
