They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, answer all my questions, and address any concerns I had. Their commitment to patient education was evident, and I felt well-informed and confident in the care I was receiving. Dr. Novick and her team are true professionals! They are kind, diligent, and expert in what they do. From the day I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. As an adult getting braces for the second time, the communication around my specific treatment plan and overall cost has been very clear. I have already referred Dr. Novick to friends in the area who are looking to improve their smile. I am extremely happy with my results!

While the staff and ortho were nice... they made a mistake in suggesting Invisalign for me. It did not work. Constantly had to send out for new aligners, wait 6 weeks in the current aligner, and so on. 3 years and nothing. I had the aligners, buttons on every tooth almost, and rubberbands. I should've just done braces. Lost $7k on it. They even said they were trying to publish this case and so on. Did not appreciate the experiment. My teeth never tracked to their plan and constantly had to readjust.

We really appreciate the care and attention that Dr. Novick and the Team provides. They are always communicative, all have a warm and personable affect, treat you with kindness and respect, and the results in treatment are measurable and obvious. MY JOURNEY WITH THE FAMILY HERE AT DOCTOR NOVICK’S OFFICE HAS BEEN THE BEST! I WISH I COULD DO IT AGAIN JUST FOR THE EXPERIENCE! THE STAFF FROM DAY ONE, HAS BEEN VERY WELCOMING! Dr. Novick has no clue how to treat teeth. She wants to speak with dentist first about post orthodontic treatment. WOW. In order to make post orthodontic plan THE ACTUAL ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT has to be done. Also she charges $350 for 3d ct scan. Comprehensive Dental and Implant Center charges $170. I absolutely do not recommend that woman.This is an update to the review:Since I posted this review dr Novick read it and had a nerve to call my dentist. She called him ,not me, complaining to him about my negative review. Since then I have called Dr Novick 3 times and left 3 messages, she never bothered to call back. That's how she treats people. Also, I forgot to write previously that during consultation visit she never bothered to tell me how long orthodontic treatment will last and how much it's gonna cost me. I specifically told her assistant that I'm not gonna use their services and yet dr Novick called my dentist. That woman is unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent.

10/10 treatment from Dr. Novick and her team!! Not only was my treatment affordable and trustworthy with her but it was also comforting and very flexible with my busy student/athlete schedule. I was a patient here at a young age and Dr. Novick not only perfected my smile but other members of my family too! In recent years, Dr. Novick and her team were quick to respond when I had trouble when I broke my permanent retainer! Seeing her business from years before to now has astonished me in so many ways then words can describe. When I thought her care couldn’t get any better it surpassed it! What a wonderful team, I highly Recommend Novick Orthodontics!

In reviewing my visit to Novick Orthodontist I am pleased to say I will be a returning patient. From the moment I walked in until the moment I was set to leave, I was met with nothing but the utmost respect, warm smiles, and positive/uplifting attitudes. From their excellent front desk to their very informative team of Dentists and assistants, every step made was above and beyond. Sam’s genuine enthusiasm to help others is second to none. Not only am I going to return, but I’m going to recommend this establishment to my family, friends, and everybody else in between.
