Cool Smiles Orthodontics - Riverside

Cool Smiles provided outstanding service! They were able to do an initial consultation and put my daughter’s braces on the same day. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they even worked with me on making the initial down payment. During the time that I was in the office, each person was seen in less than a minute from the time they came in. The view from the dental chairs is also amazing and very calming for those who are fearful of getting dental work done. The entire team was very friendly. I’m so happy to have chosen Cool Smiles for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment.

Before I contracted this service, I asked what would happen in the event that I had to move and needed to cancel the contract, Annie, who assisted me at that time, told me that in those cases "they would make an adjustment and prorate the service" that I should not have for reasons logical to pay the full contract, that's how it was and that's how I signed the contract, which we all know is the same form for everyone. The fact is that the situation arrived so I notified that I had to move, with around 6 months remaining (of a 2 years contract, which I had paid the downpayment and 1 year and a half on monthly fees ) and they came up with a surprising internal "proration formula” in which practically and for a difference of only $100 I had to pay the rest of the entire contract, that is, without receiving the service!!! it was a complete scam. Also, months before moving I had asked them to evaluate my other daughter and according to their evaluation she would not be covered by the insurance "since she didn’t have a sufficient case for the insurance company to cover” they said, and If I wanted a reconsideration of the case, I had to pay a fee of approximately 200 to them to send it to be reviewed again by the insurance, after moving and looking for another orthodontic office for my daughter I realized that it was another scam, the insurance DID cover it and Cool Orthodontist only wanted to make me pay for it. I DO NOT recommend hiring such dishonest people.

Well, Cool Smiles Ortho was my 3rd and last consult for braces. I had braces 19 years ago and need them again. My case is a little more complex and I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right Ortho office. When I walked in I had a feeling I would be pleased with my experience. The staff is warm, fast and efficient. State of the art technology, and may I add Clean facility. That is a MUST.The consultation exam was super thorough. In the words of Orphan Annie, “I think I’m going to like it here” 🎶🎼

Overall a good experience. Some issues came up such as them wanting to stop treatment. Due to them saying he was taking care of his teeth. When in reality he was seeing his regular dentist for cleaning on time and they tried to say he wasn't cleaning and his treatment had to end or start paying more money even though they were already paid off.

This was our first time at this orthodontist. We went in for a free evaluation and after speaking with the doctor and the manager we wanted our daughter to get her braces. They explained everything and answered all our questions.The staff is very friendly and professional. Joel the dental assistant is great and my daughter likes him as he's gentle when he does the rubber bands. Doctor always checks up on her and answers all our questions.

I tried this dentist because of the really good reviews but, was very disappointed after my appointment. They charged me $125 just to turn around and expect me to pay another $1000 the same day, with no payment plans or other options so that I could be able to pay/have treatment for my braces there. I left with no work done and $125 less, which is sad. I feel that the $125 should have been explained a little more because it’s very misleading. I was told it’s $125 to start the treatment but, really it’s $125 just to get in their seat. REGARDLESS if they can service you are not! If I had of known that piece of information before making an appointment I would have continued my research for a NEW dentist far much more than I already had. I don’t care how many great reviews this office has, the way my appointment was handled was distasteful. Not to mention how slow the front receptionist and Dr moved. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable and efficient doctors and staff. Very pleased with my results and the support from the friendly staff. The office is always clean and their equipment is the latest In dental technology. Speaking as a retired Aerospace Quality Assurance Director and Compliance Officer, I recognize quality of workmanship, knowledge and product when I see it. I highly recommend Cool Smiles Orthodontics!!

Beautiful experience I loved everything about this place I went to the Riverside location professional staff super nice, I love that they will go above and beyond to give you the answers and explain every option that is offered to you as a person I’m currently attending a different orthodontist, If only I knew about this place no questions asked I would come here

Switched over from the Colton office to the Riverside office for my sons treatment. The staff at the riverside office are much more friendly than the staff at Colton. However, the same problem continues. They schedule my sons appointments during his school hours and expect me to wait months before they can see him again! There seems to be no progress in his treatment since we can never get an appointment. Seems like this was the worst decision and now we are stuck with this place. Horrible! Be careful when choosing this place.

Dr. Sumjee is awesome! He explains his treatment plan in detail. His bed side manners are great and he is very knowledgeable. I still have my braces and I already love my smile! The staff, front and back are super friendly and caring. I have been in 4 different locations (Perris, Corona, Colton, and Riverside) due to my work schedule and every location the staff are super nice.
