Roc Perio & Implants

I had a wonderful experience at ROC Perio. The staff immediately set me at ease with their professional, friendly approach and attention to detail. The equipment was all state of the art and the skill level of Dr. Lowenguth was very, very impressive. I felt no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure nor did I afterwards. They even allowed my favorite music to be played. I highly recommend ROC Perio.

The front office team is very friendly, efficient , and welcoming . This is the first office I have been to that has given me hope about my teeth . The providers are always encouraging and I leave the office feeling like I am on the right track . Fantastic teamwork and highly skilled doctors/surgeons , and assistants . Thanks for all you do !

From the initial consultation to the procedure, I had a positive and professional experience at Roc Perio with Dr. Roxanne Lowenguth. Matt, the assistant, was informative and immediately put me at ease. Both took extra time to ensure I understood my options, the procedure itself, and the post-operative instructions. I highly recommend this practice due to the caring and competent care offered to patients.

My general dentist contacted Dr. Sheng to see me due to pain on a two molars that had root canals and bad infection and needed to have extracted. They automatically scheduled me in asap and were wonderful until I asked to discussed pricing first for procedure. I was grossly disappointed because I have two great dental plans and prices after insurance was still much higher than I anticipated over 2k without implant just removal & bone grafting. And I felt I kinda arm stronged into things also if I canceled surgery appt less than a week. I would have to pay 250.00 cancelation fee. They scheduled me a week away.Not giving me a chance to see what else my insurance could do for me or get my predetermination back. I'm so upset and disappointed.Truely lovely practice and people but really didnt feel some of their pricing policies were fair for patience on a budget and very high due to being private practice.

I am a Registered Nurse of 32 years, and I am so happy and impressed by the ALL the staff at Roc-Perio ! As a new patient, having oral surgery was easy, and painless, cost-effective, and so pleasant due to the excellent care I received from Dr. Sheng and staff. They explained everything so thorough and showed true compassion and care for me during the whole process. I wholeheartedly recommend this outstanding practice for excellent oral dental care. I just finished receiving my new implant and am very pleased with the service, the professionalism, the kindness and the care I received at ROC Perio. This being my first implant, Dr. Lowenguth took her time, explained everything to me and although my extraction was very involved, her patience and excellent skills allowed me to get the injured tooth out and receive the implant in one sitting. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Lowenguth, for any perio or implant procedures needed. Thanks so much Dr. Lowenguth and staff for your outstanding service!

In my appointment at RocPerio today, Tammy cleaned my teeth with state of the art equipment and educated me on how to take better care of my teeth. I think Tammy is/was amazing in the following ways: how she explained things, her knowledge, and her skills, She also has a fantastic personality that sets you at ease. I just returned from another amazing visit to Roc Perio & Implants. I feel so blessed to be a patient of Dr. Roxanne Lowenguth and her knowledgable ,skilled, and compassionate staff. My visit today was with Michelle. I have had a very complicated dental history and now have both natural teeth and implants. At my visit today, Michelle provided me with very helpful pro-tips to help me keep my implants and gums healthy.Roc Perio is a dental practice that is continuously evolving to ensure that patients receive the best and most up-to-date care available. Today, Michelle used Roc Perio's new GBT machine for my cleaning. It's wonderful and provides an anti-bacterial treatment to prevent infection and inflammation-- so critical to those of us with implants. I left my appointment feeling really good about my visit. Dr. Ke Shang and her staff are truly amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about every aspect of this office— from walking in the door, to the treatment itself, they all did a phenomenal job. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Shang and the entire team at Roc Perio & Implants. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, gentle and kind. I had an implant procedure done and it was easy and pain free from beginning to end. I usually have extreme fear and anxiety with a new dentist but I didn't experience any of these feelings with Dr. Shang. I highly recommend her and her team for any dental procedures necessary.
