My kids have loved Dr Flanagan and the staff he works with. They look forward to appointments and love the kid club activities. What I really appreciate the most is the slower approach to intervention. We visited another orthodontist office and although the staff was friendly, we were told the kids needed to start braces as soon as possible, the plan would include head gear and gum removal for optional visual appearance, and sign here for a payment plan for 7K for each child...and I felt rushed and pressured. Dr Flanagan's office, where we came for a second opinion, was the opposite. He suggested having a few baby teeth pulled to allow the adult teeth to come in with more room and he would check on us again in 6 months. What a difference! We have happily watched my son's teeth straighten out on their own just by having more room after his baby teeth were pulled. We will still need braces for my older daughter, but are not in a rush. Thank you Dr Flanagan!

Our experience with Flanagan Orthodontics has been fantastic! The staff is amazing and they are extremely knowledgeable. My daughter's teeth were too crowded and coming in pointing in all different directions. They were able to correct everything with their Invisalign program and today she has a perfect smile. I cannot thank them enough.

My daughter got braces. Soon after she complained about a spot that was irritating and hurting her lip. Every month checkup she told them about it. She was always told to put wax on it or just let it get a callous. 4 months later Dr Flan tells us she has to have oral surgery for a spot on her lip. I tried to get an explanation but he was very short and defensive saying it wasn’t his fault. We went to our dentist and he said the spot on her lip was definitely caused by the trauma of the wires poking out. We were pretty upset. My daughter had the surgery on the spot. And the next visit we had with Flan, I made my husband go with, and Flan finally bent the wires down that were hurting her. It was quick and easy. I don’t know why it took 4months of pain and discomfort and oral surgery before he finally did something simple about it.

Quality work but office policy not very accommodating. There is a STRICT 10 minute time for which patients may arrive without their appointment being cancelled. For an office that caters to children this can be a problem. Any parent knows getting to places on time can sometimes be an issue, however there is zero effort on behalf of the staff to allow for life’s uncertainties. What’s odd is I never received an apology from the office for my time when appointment times ran delayed.

Great introductory experience. Very professional office. Dr. Flanagan came out and gave each parent a thorough description of how their child was doing with their treatment and any areas that needed attention. We were there for a first visit and he explained the treatment plan to my child and myself and reviewed what she would be expected to do with her home care and eventually, compliance with rubber bands.

Love working with this office! Got the best and quickest results with my Invisalign care. When I moved to Georgia for college my dog got a hold of my night time retainers. Came home for Christmas break and they got me in immediately to fit for new ones so I can take them back with me! After finishing my treatment 4 years ago the office remembered me and we’re still the friendliest, helpful staff.

We had the most pleasant experience at my son’s first appointment! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Flanagan was thorough and explained everything in terms I understood. I left feeling confident in the treatment plan and had all my questions answered. My 8 year old son has been terrified of any and all dental appointments since he first started seeing the dentist. Walking into his first appointment at Flanagan Orthodontics my son had tears and was so scared; however, that quickly turned around and as we walked out the door he said “that was fun, I can’t wait to go back”. This is definitely one relieved and happy mom with how smoothly the first appointment went!

I took my daughter into Flanagan orthodontics for a braces consultation today after not being 100% comfortable with the first place we tried. We immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. Lauri is seriously one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and I instantly knew this is where we’d be proceeding with her braces treatment. Dr. Flanagan was also very kind and took the time to patiently explain the whole process. So far, I’m very happy and so is my daughter!

We LOVE Dr. Flanagan’s office!! We have four children that are all getting orthodontic work with Dr. Flanagan and we have always been very happy!! The staff does an amazing job of making my children feel comfortable and Dr. Flanagan has made their smiles absolutely perfect!! We would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Flanagan for anyone who needs orthodontics. :) :) :) :)
