Dr. MARTIN/Alexander, Edward & staff are like family. I've known them so long and now my new dentist is bringing her son to Alexander and Martin orthodontics. Class act, professional and state of the art equipment. Clean, comfortable & the best care & I've had braces three times in my long life & now invisalign. This is the best orthodontic Care I have ever received. Dr Martin is extremely articulate. 5* 👍👍

Staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable (although any type of dentistry triggers dental traumas). No pressure.They were very thorough in their explanations, educating me on various options for me to make informed decisions about my dental care. I felt like they had my best interests. Best dental consultation I have ever had in my remembrance!I highly recommend this firm to anyone considering orthodontic care.

Have been coming here for both of my kids for the past 5 years and it has always been an amazing experience. Everyone is very helpful and experienced. Ed at the front desk is awesome! And we have worked with the assistant Amanda in the back for a long time as well, she is so nice and knowledgeable! I recommend Dr. Alexander and Martin to everyone I know. We have had the pleasure of working with both doctors over the years, and they are both super great. This place never disappoints! Great customer service, very clean, modern office, I always look forward to what decorations they will have for that season, it’s never too much just simple and sweet. They always have activities or small things in the office to engage with their patients. It’s just a fun office and we are so glad we found you guys! Thanks for everything! Great place to get your teeth lined up!For was born with straight teeth on top and cramped teeth on the bottom. Never thought about getting the bottom teeth fixed, BUT now that I have… game changer. I have a ton more room in my lower mouth and no longer bite my tongue when I eat! Great experience.

A little disappointed went in to have braces put on our child and tried to talk and ask questions and was ignored before their coworker had to mention something as well as at the end you would talk to said parent not to the child who stopped listening. When asked about a mouth guard for sports was told had to go buy one but they had just given one to another patient no cost. Also you think if we are paying 6000 dollars to your business that you could give up floss to last the the ten weeks till the next visit or if you run out stop in and we’ll give you more not a here is a sample you’ll need to get more from Walmart.

Was my first time in today and Andy helped me at the office. He was absolutely AMAZING. Made me feel comfortable and at home right away. He was honest about what I could do and needed which I greatly appreciated and you could tell he had a lot of knowledge in this area. He has a great sense of humor and was also very professional at the same time.

My first time at Alexander & Martin orthodontics , and my first experience walking in their office is soo welcoming and friendly , I came in nervous , but right when I met Andy , he made me feel comfortable and relieved. I was referred to this office by a friend and now I know why! The whole office has EXCELLENT customer service from the front desk staff to assistant to the doctors. I went into get a second opinion for dental issue. They listened to all of my concerns and gave me advice to move forward. I would recommend this place to anyone needing orthodontic work!! They are incredible team that GENUINELY cares about each patient!!

This was, by FAR, not just my best orthodontic experience but maybe my best medical experience. EVER! My teeth have always been straight but my bite opened back up again so I needed braces again. From day one, Dr. Martin and his staff took such amazing care to answer all my questions, explain everything I could expect along the way and keep me upbeat when I ended up in active treatment longer than expected due to COVID. I’m so pleased with the results. My smile has never looked better and my bite is right on point. I get a lot of great compliments on my teeth and my smile and I’ll be forever grateful to this team.
