The staff does not give accurate after care information! Told us pain meds would take 20 minutes to be ready at the pharmacy. After 1 hour, called the office and they then told me that 20 minutes was wrong and that it would take more than an additional hour for the meds to be sent to the pharmacy. All the while, my son is in excruciating pain. Manager was not helpful AT ALL! They are terrible at answering the phone as well. Only went to this office as a referral for wisdom teeth removal. Will NEVER go there again. Absolutely no care for the patient, only what is convenient for the dentist staff! So unprofessional and just downright WRONG!

Taco is very very sweet and was so patient with my son! I am greatful for her. She has a very positive personality and I love it! 😊 She makes the kids feel comfortable and less scared during check up. Everyone in the office are very helpful as well and easy to talk to. We have been coming to their office since they were located in Roseville and I will recommend them for sure.

I have been taking my children here for 7 years, I have had a couple of negative things from the people at the front desk. But honestly I like the treatment that 2 girls have, especially in the back, I don't remember the name of one but she seems to be Hawaiian, she has been working in this clinic for years, she is always very friendly, she makes me and my friends feel comfortable. children even solved one problem more than the receptionists (when it belonged to them). And today a girl named Taco helped us, it's the first time we had to see her and she was very sweet, attentive, I noticed her kindness but my daughter was observant and told me that girl was so cute (and she didn't even help my daughter if not to my son) He always made my son feel calm. Thank you, that's why it's very nice to leave so happy. The clinic is very clean, the Doctor to date is also very accurate.

I recently switched to Rockville smiles dentist after hearing great things about them, I really wanted to try them out. I was able to book an appointment for all 3 of my children, age 1, 3, and 9 at the same time and day, which is something I have always struggled with at other places.Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist’s Amanda and Lisa, when checking in we realized I came on the wrong day. The ladies were so sweet. They immediately squeezed the three of them in for today.Thank you ladies! I love them already.

Our 2 children ages 3 and 7 both went in for fillings. We’ve had poor experiences at other dental clinics, but Rockville smiles does a wonderful job with the kiddos. They are all very nice and supportive. Great experience all around and we’ll be making this our kids dentistry from here in out…I just wish it was closer to our home, but it’s nice to visit Roseville for some shopping.

Other than having a struggle getting the referral accessed at the office (apparently only an office manager can see faxes??) the office is clean and the team members seem super sweet. It is hard to approve of any other office for my children to go to as I am a dental hygienist but unable to practice due to breast cancer treatment. We are trying them out on my 7 year old today and my 4 year old will be coming in next month. I would highly recommend this office to others!!

My daughter has been on a waiting list for a Wisdom Teeth consult since April. I have gotten the run around since then and after finally being scheduled for an appointment, I'm told all they offer is "numbing" with oral surgery. No pain relief, and laughing gas is out of pocket cost! I had my Wisdom Teeth out at 16 and was sedated and even then it was a painful process. I also discovered they schedule the surgery the same day as the consult wth? Maybe things have changed but something doesn't sit right here.

I called their office attempting to get my wisdom teeth removed after I received a referral. I was told that they had a wait list of three months, and that they would call me then to set up an appointment after those three months. It has been over a year now and my teeth have yet to be fixed. I have called and left messages and they refuse to call me back. One of my worst experiences I've ever had and am still having.
