Saw Dr. Chen on 1/3/25 told him what I was feeling and he saw exactly what I was describing. Explained what the issue was and how he was going to treat it, treated me immediately. Dr Chen is very thorough and professional, said he will check up on me when I’m in for my cleaning. Highly recommend Dr. Chen

The best experience I have ever had. The dentists are very professional and experts in their field. Dr. Hasday and Dr. Goldberg are the best. I highly recommend them.

He's the most professional, charming, outstandingly competent on the matter. I honestly love him! The staff are diamond quality. I'm terrified of the dentist but I nearly fall asleep in the chair here and I need all kinds of work lol! They're gentle on the teeth and very agreeable on the wallet lol! Worse experience ever and they are thieves! Charged for services i didnt need especially X-rays I already had. They denied my payment to send me to collections with fees for their poor services.. crooks stay away from them. I wouldn’t even rate a star but had to for this review! Beware!

I have waited well over a year to put to words my experience with Dr. Hasday. I went to him to have an implant done. The experience went smoothly until a couple of days later when my face started to swell. I went back to Dr. Hasday's office and was given a stronger antibiotic to combat the infection that was beginning. Another couple of days and the swelling didn't go down, in fact, the swelling began to spread. Went back to Dr. Hasday, his exact words were that he "was not worried at all" and to wait for the antibiotics to take affect. Two more days later, I went back to his office for the third time. I was told to go to the hospital immediately as it seemed that the infection was spreading down my neck and up my face. I ended up spending FIVE DAYS in the hospital. And that's not even the worst part of the story! Dr. Hasday, while attentive when the implant failed and while I was in the hospital, soon began to ask for payment! Payment for a failed implant that left his patient in the hospital for FIVE DAYS! I thought that there must be a mistake and he assured me that he had to seek payment from me because it could show fault on his part if he didn't! Ultimately, he did return some of the money that I had already paid. Then it was time to re-attempt the implant. The negotiations were on again! I stupidly paid, again, to have the implant done with his office. SECOND IMPLANT ALSO FAILED! So, thousands of dollars spent, 5 days in the hospital, one terrifying infection, one infection/implant removal surgery and still no implant. I recognize that some of what happened was out of Dr. Hasday's hands. However, how he comported himself during one of the worst times of my life, is all him. This is a doctor that does not care about you. Trust me. By the way, I am still receiving calls from his office for payment.

I highly recommend Dr. Keith Hasday and the dental periodontist office because the office atmosphere is relaxing. They are friendly and gentle with my mouth. They calmed my fears as I have always been afraid of dentists. I went for scaling sessions and I had amazing hygienists: Alicja, Kathleen, and Laura. They taught me how to properly floss and care for my gums and teeth. Dr. Keith Hasday, the hygienists, and the staff were amazing. I am so grateful for my hygienists and Dr. Keith Hasday. As a long time patient of Dr. Hasday, I have to say the care is excellent, the doctors and staff (thank you Chrissy) so helpful and caring, and the overall experience always a very good one.

Just finished another excellent visit with Lindsay and the rest of the team I was impressed by the fact that she did not like the fit of my implant and called Dr Hasday in to check them Not only did he check them and offer his opinion but I was only there for a cleaning yet he consulted with me at no additional charge That type of customer service deserves recognition would definitely recommend this practice to anyone .
