Simply amazing , from beginning to end. Went to 3 other dentist didn't do half the things they did from xrays, deep cleaning , before and after pics of the filing of my teeth,explaining my issues in terms that I understood.Office clean and updated , found my new dentist!

I have been coming here for 7 years since I moved to RVC. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!Also did Invisalign and happy with my results!

I went for a filling ? , I was charged $280 for two X-rays and consult, The office manager said anything other than cleaning was a -emergency visit and will be charged $280 upfront . I only wanted the tooth decay filled but he said I needed a crown and would put the $280 towards the $1850 the crown would cost. I felt like it was like a bait and switch and was very dissatisfied. At 80 years old and disabled I felt like I was being taken advantage of?will try aspen dental in Oceanside , no upfront emergency fee. update went to a different dentist for that same tooth, x-rays, etc. nothing wrong with it. No fillings no decay. Had some cleaning done. This guy wanted to charge me for a crown almost $2000 and it didn't even need one be very weary and careful about this dentist ps update saw another dentist in Rockville center. The smileless dentist took x-rays no cavities. Nothing wrong with that tooth whatsoever just sensitive gum. This character was trying to charge me $2000 almost for a crown. Nothing wrong be very wary don't even bother save your money.

First time coming. Loved the friendly staff!Staff was friendly but they told me I had two cavities went to two other dentists that told me that this was NOT the case. We would have had two teeth filled for nothing. Not a good experience would not go back.

Newer to the area and tried two local dentists and didn't like either one despite their "great" reviews. I finally happened to drive by Dr. Richman's office and gave a call for an appt to try them out and have a consult. The office is fastidiously clean, spacious (won't make you feel claustrophobic) and super organized. Everyone is super nice, accommodating and inviting, and Dr. Richman is patient, kind, and a perfectionist (an excellent quality in a dentist). He will show you everything he sees on screen and why you need anything done before he does it and leaves your dental decisions up to you in the end. Wonderful, painless, easy experience getting a filling recently - no sweat in and out in 40 mins. So happy to have a kind, gentle, skilled dentist finally!

I've been going to this office for quite some time, and nothing but a positive experience each time. I recently had Invisalign completed and couldn't be happier with the results! I am now more confident with my new smile. Dr. Richman and his entire staff are professional and friendly and provide excellent care. Sue is so wonderful. She knows you by 1st name anytime you call and is so welcoming from the moment you step into the office—overall an amazing office, very clean, and never a wait. I would highly recommend Smiles Unlimited.

I was very pleased and comfortable with every employee I encountered there at Smiles Unlimited.I was greeted with a warm welcome by name from the receptionist.The office is clean and inviting. The equipments are state of the art and all my questions and concerns were addressed and met to my full satisfaction.I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dentist’s chair. New patient today. Office and staff are attentive and relaxed. Kim did my x-rays seamlessly and quickly, she made me very comfortable.Cleaning and treatment plan review was pleasant and all my questions and concerns were answered.Great to find a friendly, clean office that is convenient w nice professional DDS's!

A lot of good dentists in the area but the overall vibe in the office here is probably the best I've experienced.” I can't say enough positive things about my experience. From the time I walked in I was greeted with a smile. For the entire team (front desk, tech and dentist) to take the time to explain every detail and confirm with me at every sign post if I had any questions went a long way. I appreciate their humility with which they approached their professionalism that enabled me to understand my dental health more.

Dr. Richman is an honest, dedicated , caring professional who truly strives to make your dental experience not only comfortable, but successful. He recently replaced for me an ill-fitting, unattractive crown ,which had been done by another dentist….the difference is like night and day. The new crown fits beautifully , matches my other teeth, and feels great. Dr Richman took his time to ensure a proper bite and fit. He is a masterful technician. I truly appreciate the care and time he took to achieve this wonderful outcome and trust that he will continue to provide me with excellent dental care.
