Dr. Ketan Parekh removed my wisdom tooth which was broken as well as a tooth which was infected. He thoroughly explained me in detail about the procedure with sketches. The whole experience was smooth and it took Dr Ketan Parekh less than 10 minutes to complete the procedure. The office staff are very courteous and professional. Dr Parekh and his staff were awesome. He came out to the reception area to get me, instead of a staff member. He did the CAT scan instead of a tech. He was hands on through the process making me feel appreciated. He called later that afternoon to check on me. All and all it made something that I dreaded a much better experience. Staff and doctor were very professional, kind, and best of all , did not try to "sell " me procedures etc.I was there for an extraction and simply that.Facility was immaculate and quite lovely.Dr. Rios took the time later that day to check on me. That was much appreciated.

Book your appointment now, I am so blown away by Pinnacle! I called today (Monday morning) with a wisdom tooth pain that was also swelling up my cheek area. I was brought in right away (with a full schedule they made time for me) and from the time I walked in I was immediately taken care of and felt so comfortable. I get very nervous/anxious at the dentist and even more nervous because I knew I would need all of my wisdom teeth removed. The staff is incredible and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Dr. Rios did the procedure and Savannah was there the whole time making me feel comfortable. Dr. Rios just called me at almost 6PM to check on me, now that’s sweet! ONE MILLION PERCENT RECOMMEND! I felt no pain, and was taken care of instantly. Dr. Rios is the best hands down. I have sent everyone in my family to see her for their wisdom teeth removal.I personally went to her because I had a cavity in my wisdom tooth that was incredibly painful. During my consultation she saw how much pain I was in, and even though she was completely booked she went in early the next day to fit me in. She did not have to do that but she is a doctor that truly cares.Also, the staff from the front of the house to the back of the house is all top notch.

Today Dr. Parekh pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth at 7:00AM. Not only was that time booked outside of normal hours to accommodate my schedule- he did it in less than a weeks notice. 30 minutes later, my teeth were out, my prescriptions filled and I have felt great all day. In case that wasn't enough, Dr. Parekh personally called as he got off work to ensure I was recovering well, and let me know I could call at anytime if I had any questions. Fantastic service across the board from all staff, but especially the doctors.

I had to go to an endoodontist next to this place in an emergency because of pain on a tooth that my regular dentist told me it was fine! (I’ll never go back there again!) Came to find out I had a crack below my gum line, so the tooth had to be pulled. I was sent next door to “Pinnacle Oral Surgery Specialist”. They saw me the same day as I was in terrible pain! Dr.Rios and her team were very nice and answered all my questions I had about my tooth. My tooth was extracted and prepped for a dental implant. I was sent home with care instructions in no time! Dr Rios called me the following days to check on me and to make sure I was doing ok. Great experience overall.**UPDATE** Went in yesterday to get my tooth implant, Dr. Rios and staff were very nice and made sure I was comfortable before we started. I opted for no anesthesia (because we’re men over here) and Dr. Rios laughed, so local anesthesia it was! When she started, everything went smooth. She did have to move the nasal passage over and had to hammer a bit but it wasn’t too bad. She did give me a little more local anesthesia as I was feeling a little pain. In no time she was done and off I went with care instructions. She called me later in the evening to check on me as well. Dr.Rios is great. Thank you Dr. Rios!
