I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shaw and his whole staff! My kids have been patients for years and both love going to see Dr. Shaw. An added bonus is being greeted by sweet Amanda at the front desk. She is also so kind and is always busy cleaning the front to make sure everything looks perfect. She is always quick at getting your scheduled via phone or text and always has so much compassion. All the dental assistants are sweet and gentle. Dr shaw always has a smile on his face and you can tell he loves his job.

Shaw Orthodontics is the best! I did Invisalign and the experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. With the Smile Doctor app, I only had to visit the office a few times which was very helpful with my work schedule. My smile looks awesome and I can now floss better. I would highly recommend Shaw!

I Want to give a big thanks to Lowrance Dental for HIGHLY recommending Shaw ortho. The staff is very inviting, and easy to talk to, they explained everything to me, from the beginning to end.Kirsten is very helpful and knowledgeable of my plan that I chose, she also made sure I was comfortable with my decision by highly recommending it by giving me any answers I had to my questions.Also Dr. Shaw came over to me after my scan to introduce himself saying that he is super excited about my new smile Journey and if I had any questions ask away at any time.Once again, it shows you that places like this are such a rarity to find in today’s golden standard of business practices, when it comes to patient and doctor interaction along with its incredible amount of knowledge.I highly recommend this place to anyone Especially with kids from what I can tell they take great care with them as well no matter what.

Just want to thank Shaw Orthodontist Rockwall, TX. I recently found myself having to replace damaged retainers for my teeth. Shaw Orthodontist was highly recommended and I’m so happy for following through. Setting up an appointment with staff was easy and great experience. During the appointment I was welcomed by Shay who prepped me for my exam. I also was received at a prior appointment back in January 2024. During the initial exam the staff are professional and made me feel welcomed and proceeded to help me with my needs. Dr. Shaw is very thorough and very professional and helped me expedite new retainers.Thank you Shaw Orthodontist 5 stars 🌟I really recommend This office.

We were in Texas for a family get together when our Daughter's bracket fell off and the wire started cutting into her mouth. We reached out to Shaw Orthodontics and they immediately gave us an appointment for the following morning and helped us out free of charge! They are so friendly and knowledgeable we even considered flying in from Miami monthly to have them see our daughter. Such better service than Miami practices.

Love this dental office! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat. They take their time and listen to your needs, while providing superior service. Dr. Shaw is so kind and educates you along the way and his staff are nothing short of amazing. I also really enjoyed my time with Kimberly and Kirsten, who have been so informative and patient to explain the step by step process of my treatment and aligner onboarding. 10/10! :)

Let me tell you that I’m not a person that leave reviews , however my experience is been incredible right from the beginning, Shaw Orthodontist on Rockwall is the place you want to go , specially if Lilly is the one that will be working with you , she’s totally a “ROCKSTAR” , she is so good of what she do , super friendly , very gentle and precise , she go over with you before , during and after the visit to the point that you are so happy with the results! ( if I can bump my grading scale to 6 stars I will totally do it ) Lilly is the 6th star !!!!!!!!

Dr.Shaw and his team have been so helpful during my sister’s journey with braces! The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure that her experience is comfortable and easygoing. Whenever she needs anything such as rubber bands or the color of her braces changed they are always willing to do so as soon as possible which we really appreciate! Highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone who is looking for an orthodontist!

Wow!! That’s all I can say about this entire office. Everyone here ROCKS!! From the front desk all the way up to Dr Shaw himself. He is patient and takes time to get to know his patients. My son is completely comfortable with everyone who has ever worked on his teeth. Shay is awesome!! Everything is always clean and they are super organized and your appointment time is always met!! Oh and the music playing in the background is simply awesome. I talk this office up all the time to other moms!! Come you will not be disappointed!!

Dr. Shaw and staff are wonderful! Always so polite, never a long wait and my 9 year old loves going! We drive an hour each time and it’s so worth it. My son has popped more brackets and bands and they never get irritated with him. Brittany even sent us a Christmas card.Go see for yourself. They are amazing. 5 stars all day! Easy.
