Dr. Hsu & the whole team at Smile Makers is such a pleasure to work with! At age 36, I wanted to re-straighten my teeth with Invisalign after neglecting to wear my retainer for many years (probably pretty common). I couldn't have asked for a better experience than my consultation & treatment with Dr. Hsu - it was much easier and smoother than I anticipated. I'm very happy with my results and am glad that I will be able to maintain my smile for many years to come! It's a weight off my shoulders. I'd highly recommend this office if anyone is considering trying Invisalign (or similar clear aligner brand) treatment.

Dr. Hsu and his team are the best here in Rockwall. I highly recommend him and his team. They always go above and beyond to make sure my daughter's needs are met. They do their best to accommodate school schedules and have always accommodated her in case of emergencies. They are truly one of the best orthodontist office I've ever been to.

My daughter got her braces put on here. The doctor is amazing & takes his time to go over everything and answers all questions you may have. Everyone here is extremely sweet, professional, & helpful when you have any questions as well. We absolutely love it! Definitely recommend! We’re always in and out fast as well! My daughter has had no complications at all! They all do such an amazing job! Also very clean environment!

Excellent visit, friendly n fast service. They take their time answering all your questions n concerns. My daughter had braces placed on top only n she was very comfortable in company of all the workers. Nice professional environment n l highly recommend this location. The office staff is beyond friendly and helpful! My sweet niece now goes to Smile Makers. We would not change a thing about our experience! We will miss them once we complete our treatments!

i’ve been going to smile makers for almost 4 years. they have always been amazing & kind. my smile was something i was always insecure abt & it would affect my self esteem. i had been to other orthodontists in the past, but they could never give me the results i was looking for and would always overprice everything. my teeth would constantly shift after treatment and then they wouldn’t provide me with the care i needed to maintain my smile. it wasn’t until i started going to smile makers that i started to feel heard about my concerns! they were able to provide me with the care & attention that i had been looking for with other providers! i’ve been on their clear aligners twice and i will never go anywhere else! if i ever have my own kids this is where i’m bringing them! they have always treated me w so much kindness and understanding while under their care. i never felt embarrassed coming to them with any issues/problems and they would always meet me with a solution every time. they’re all very caring & amazing people!! thank you so much to dr hsu & staff for your patience and for making me feel so valued at your office!! if you’re wanting an ortho who genuinely cares and is in it to make you feel confident in your own smile, smile makers is the perfect place to go!!sincerely,jennifer b :)

Smile Makers Orthodontics is a great place to fix your smile! The staff is super friendly and professional. Dr. Hsu is kind and thorough. He keeps us informed as to where we are in the treatment plan. The office is very accommodating and timely. If you need an orthodontist, you definitely want to give Smile Makers a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Everyone there are always so nice and gentle. Dr. Hsu is very professional, and he knows what he is doing. Echo at the front desk is so incredibly sweet and she was a huge help. I am getting my braces with Smile Makers and I'm so glad this orthodontist office is right for me. In March I will have my braces on and ready to work! Thank you for all you do!
