I love this Dentist office and so does my 3 year old son. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the front staff and dental assistants, down to the doctor. My son’s experience has always been pleasant and they are very prompt, quick, but thorough. I love that the space is very engaging / comfortable for the kiddos, and the best part is the photo-booth. I’d definitely recommend this place to a friend and/or family member.

Never thought I’d say this but my kids love to go to the dentist thanks to Dr. Mai and her team! They always look forward to going to the castle with their favorite movies playing and endless lounge activities in the waiting room. Our questions are always answered in great detail without rushing which is a great feeling as a parent, knowing Dr. Mai really cares about their dental hygiene both now and in the future. I feel confident they are in great hands. They never want to leave thanks to the gentle care they provide while talking them through the entire process. The “No Cavity Club” photo booth is the perfect final touch to their experience. Truly can’t see us anywhere else

This office is THE BEST!! Their staff is very kind and patient. My daughter was a little apprehensive at her appointment but the hygienist took her time and explained the procedure and assured her that there was nothing to be afraid of (several times). The time they spent educating and explaining proper dental hygiene was very nice too. I’m always so impressed with their services and the rapport they build with their patients. We love y’all and thank you again for going above and beyond.

My 8 year old has had some terrible experiences with dentists in the past and has developed anxiety because of it. We were referred here because my dentist spoke very highly of them.Everything about the office is so exciting and inviting to kids when you walk in. My daughter immediately ran in and started playing with the games and exploring. Everyone from the techs to the dentist took their time with her and were so patient and kind and walked through everything they were going to do.The billing dept was awesome and I can’t speak highly enough about Nena who really helped us out with our insurance.We have an upcoming procedure and I know we are in good hands. It’s worth the 30 min drive from Plano!

We went here because they specifically state on their website that they care for special needs children, we went here even though it was out of network and out of town, I got a sense they did NOT in fact cater to special needs because what they were asking was beyond his capabilities but still booked second appointment, even though I would pay out of pocket because they stated they dealt with special needs….now our second appointment is coming up and I’m now a single mother and my son turned 3 in February and looks like a line backer, I need help holding him because he is a large toddler……if I’m holding him who’s going to make him open his mouth????? They said legally they couldn’t help me….The whole point of going there was because they stated they dealt with special needs children….like so many things that claim they are all inclusive but are not…..so sad for single parents of special needs children, it seems this place only caters to “certain” special needs.

My son loves going to the dentist!! He is shy and a little timid to any doctors or dentist office ever since he got hurt as a little kid but this office takes the time and has the patience with him and now he walks right in and does whatever they need him to do. The waiting area is clean and kid friendly and the staff is always pleasant to work with. Our family loves The Smiley Tooth!!

Start to finish, this was a great experience for our daughter. She’s 2 and this was her 2nd visit. Every staff member we engaged with was warm and friendly, including the dentist who saw her. We spent about a month preparing her, asking us to show us her beautiful teeth after we’d brush, making a big deal about how clean they looked, praising her, and talking about how she was going to show her teeth to the dentist soon. She left so proud of her Paw Patrol sticker and her photo from their Photo Booth. Talking to her toddler friend afterward, when he said dentist, she said “MY dentist!” This is her dental home without reservation. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Today was our first day at this dental office and my girls loved it! They were hesitant on going to a new dentist office since we moved, but hands down great experience. I would recommend bringing your kids here. The staff is very friendly, not pushy at all with the treatment. I was able to schedule their dental appointments ahead of time according to my schedule. Can’t wait to go back!

Great dental office very kid friendly. Receptionist was nice and other assistants throughout the building. Dr. Chou is very knowledgeable happy for our first visit in a new city. Will be back. Will recommend others. Nice game choices for kids to play while waiting to go back. Can’t forget the Photo Booth I have never seen that before at a dental office very nice feature. :) Very happy parent and my son is a very happy new patient. :)

My son cracked his tooth Friday morning at school. It took me 45 minutes to pick him up from school. By that time, there was only two dentist offices open. We went to The Smiley Tooth on Ridge Rd, and the front desk receptionist, office manager, and dentist worked to together to get my son seen. Smiley Tooth did such a great job fixing his tooth, making it look natural, and fit into his aligners comfortably.Thank you,James P.
