Dr. Miller was informative every step of the way, making the whole process of getting braces much calmer and easier. Everyone here is incredible kind but I must say that Lori Ann (their receptionist) is an absolute ray of sunshine.

Dr. Miller Is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work but most importantly he cares about his patients. He always took time to explain each step of the treatment as thorough as possible. I had been previously advised by other dentists that i needed to remove at least 2 teeth to make space but thanks to Dr. Miller’s expertise no extractions were necessary. I get compliments on my smile all the time and I can’t stress enough how happy I am with my teeth and smile thanks to Dr. Miller.

I had an incredible experience at Rocky Point Orthodontist. My first retainer set from my original ortho was cracked because I wasn’t wearing it consistently over the years. Dr. Miller worked with me to find the perfect solution by making me a new retainer set. I am so happy with the new retainer and thankful for Dr. Miller’s help. The quality of the new retainer is excellent. Everyone at the office is extremely nice and I left with a brighter smile ;)

Dr Miller is the best! He's extraordinarily skilled while also being gentle and caring. He's knowledgeable about all of the newest procedures and will patiently explain everything, ensuring you understand and feel comfortable. He never makes you feel rushed and treats you like family. If only all doctors were like him!

I’ve been with Rocky Point Orthodontics for about 2-3 years now. The practice was previously owned by Dr. Crespo who ended up selling it to Dr. Miller about 6 months ago. At the time, finding out she sold her practice came as a shock to me, but in hindsight I could understand why. Although I really liked Dr. Crespo (and will be eternally grateful for the referral she gave me to an oral surgeon who takes my insurance) I was under the impression she was either understaffed or had more patients than she could handle. There were times where you would be waiting up to an hour to be seen or have her leave in between treatment to work on someone else. I personally didn’t mind this, but I could understand why it could be a problem for other people. That said, I think it was for the best as Dr. Miller is very attentive and organized. The wait times are pretty much gone, and I’m in and out of my appointment in less than 20 minutes (I come in once a month to have the rubber bands on my braces replaced). Dr. Miller is also quick to respond to any voicemails you leave when he’s not in the office. I had to call one time because one of my wires was poking the inside of my cheek and giving me a sore, and he called me back within a day to see if I needed to schedule an appointment. When I asked him if I could just use something to cut them myself, he gave me the go ahead to do so (I used large wire cutters to do it, desperate times and all that lol). Dr. Miller has also been very patient with me with my struggles in finding other practitioners that take my insurance, and has been communicative in the last steps I need to take in preparation for jaw surgery in the coming months. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience at Rocky Point Orthodontics.
